Working Relationship Agreement

To ensure we have the best possible experience working together, it’s helpful for us to share the same understanding about how we will work together. I want our time together to be an enriching, positive and inspiring experience. Please date and sign the following list of agreements you and I are making.

This agreement, between Dana da Ponte and you (herein named as CLIENT), will begin on the date listed below and will continue on a month-to-month basis at the discretion of both parties. 

• The Intuitive Support Program requires a minimum 3 month commitment. During this time, you will receive either two 60 minute private sessions/month or four 60 minutes private sessions/month depending on the package you purchased.
• I will bring myself to those Intuitive Support sessions free from distractions and respectfully request that you do the same. An Intuitive Support Session with distractions and background noise is not efficient.
• Each session is 1 hour in length and takes place over the phone (Canadian residents only), in my private online Zoom meeting room or in person in my home near Bragg Creek, Alberta. I will meet you at our agreed upon time and expect the same time consideration.
• The fee for each month of intuitive support is $400/month for 2 sessions/month or $680/month for 4 sessions/month processed automatically every 30 days through PayPal, Stripe or email transfer.
• Monthly payments are nonrefundable.  Dana da Ponte is not able to provide refunds for any and all collected payments.  The CLIENT understands this provision, and agrees that he / she / they are not entitled to a refund once payment has been issued to Dana da Ponte. Client further agrees and understands that changing his/her/their mind about the Program, failing to follow through or understand the details of the Program, not experiencing the results he/she expected or desired, or experiencing any other similar situations does not entitle them to a refund.
• We agree that we will each show up at the mutually scheduled time for your session and if you have to reschedule, you will do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Other than in emergency situations, if 24 hours notice is not received, a missed session will not be rescheduled and you will maintain financial responsibility for that session. I certainly understand that emergencies do arise and will accommodate those on a case-by-case basis.
• Should you “no-show” for two appointments during our Intuitive Support relationship (without notification or rescheduling) we will evaluate whether or not Intuitive Support is appropriate for you at this point in time.
• The CLIENT and Dana da Ponte agree to provide one another with a minimum of 14 days notice if either party desires to cancel further service.  Termination notice may be provided verbally or in writing via email.
• CONFIDENTIALITY
• Dana da Ponte affirms that all information provided by the CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.  Both the CLIENT and the Dana da Ponte agree that everything shared during the intuitive support sessions, through email, or any other correspondence is completely confidential and will not be shared with any outside parties.

• PROCESS AND INTENT
• Throughout our intuitive support relationship, Dana da Ponte will engage in direct and personal conversations with the CLIENT, which will include asking explicit questions, making requests and serving as a certified MAP practitioner and an intuitive and spiritual consultant offering explicit advice and direction when asked for.
• The purpose of these interactions is to remind the CLIENT of his/her/their own intentions, and coach him/her/them to realize them. In order for our intuitive support relationship to achieve the maximum result, Dana da Ponte asks that the CLIENT agree to the following:
• Please be on time to all appointments. If you will be late, notify the Dana da Ponte in advance. If you will miss an appointment, notify Dana at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed without 24 hours notice will only be rescheduled at the Dana da Ponte’s discretion.
• Be honest and participate fully. Recognize that our sessions are a safe place to look at what you really want, and what it will take to make it happen.
• Make a commitment to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.
• Understand that the power of the Intuitive Support relationship can only be granted by you, and commit to making the relationship powerful. If you see that Dana’s Intuitive Support or the MAP Method is not working as you desire, communicate and take action to return the power to the relationship. The CLIENT’s signature on this agreement indicates compliance with the above requests, and understanding of the services to be provided.
• The CLIENT also acknowledges that Dana da Ponte cannot and does not offer any guarantees about results gained through the Intuitive Support and the MAP Method process. The CLIENT’S success is strictly dependent on the CLIENT’S unique skills, circumstances, motivation, follow through, and perseverance.

• I welcome communication between our calls via email at support@danadaponte.com . It is my expectation that you will reach out if you have any questions, you need support or you hit a difficulty in your life that you would like some feedback on.
• I also invite you to email me and share the successes that you achieve along the way. Our mind is not usually conditioned to pay attention to and celebrate our successes. We are often more focused on our setbacks, weaknesses or areas that require growth or improvement. Taking the time to email and celebrate with me your Ah-Ha moments, wins, achievements or mind shifts really helps to program your mind with a positive new habit.
• I welcome your input and questions along the way. Our relationship is a collaborative one and the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. Ask me questions, share with me your insights and let me know what I can do more or less of to help you make the most of this experience.
