Thank you for choosing to embark on this journey with me. It’s a brave thing to reach out for support. I’m honored you have chosen to work with me and I hope your experience is a magical and insightful one.

There are just a couple details left to complete. I need you to fill out the following forms. That should give me all the information I need to make your experience as helpful as possible.

*Please don’t forget to let me know if you are requesting to experience your Intuitive Support sessions to  be online in my private Zoom meeting room, over the telephone (for Canadian residents only) or in person (near Bragg Creek, Alberta). If you are coming to my home, directions will be emailed to you. If the telephone is your preferred method of connecting, don’t forget to include the number you’d like to be reached at. If we will be meeting online in my private Zoom meeting room, please use the link you received when you purchased your sessions.
