There are eight modules in this course – each containing a variety of audio meditations, coloring pages, guidebooks to download or print and videos to walk you step by gentle step.
Don’t worry, there is no art experience necessary to move through this course. All the exercises have been created in a way your inner five year old can enjoy and you’re free to work through it all in your writing journal if you prefer.
