  • Releasing Trapped Emotions from the Fetal Period: In this episode, we work with your subconscious mind to speak to the cells, body systems and body parts that were created from 8 weeks to birth (otherwise known as the fetal period).

  • Releasing Trapped Emotions from Your Birth: In this episode, we look at the day of your birth from the perspective of your inner child and work with your subconscious mind to release trapped emotions from your experience of leaving your mother’s womb to taking your first breath in this world.

  • Neutralizing Memories from Birth to Age 1: In this episode, we address attachment and abandonment wounds as we work with your subconscious mind to clear the memories and beliefs from your birth to your first birthday that no longer serve you.

  • Neutralizing Memories from Ages 1 – 3: When you were a young child, you needed enough of your needs met to create the kind of wiring in your brain that works for you – not against you. Unfortunately, most of us had too many emotional needs that were unmet by the people who cared for us. In this episode, we address the unmet emotional needs you had as a young child and we work with your subconscious mind to rewire your brain where it needs it most based on your experiences for ages 1 to 3.

  • Neutralizing Memories from Ages 4 – 6: During this time period, you were developing your creativity and experiencing separation from your main caregivers and accumulating memories around school and learning, all of which affected your perception of yourself, your intelligence and your abilities. In this episode, we work with your subconscious mind to treat and neutralize conscious and subconscious memories from your ages 4 to 6 or in other words, the preschool years.

  • Neutralizing Memories from Ages 7 – 9: During this time you were hopefully forming friendships and learning how to relate to other people. You may have experienced cruelty or bullying or exclusion. You probably also partook in cruel, bullying or exclusive behaviors because you were learning and exploring your power and power dynamics in relationships and group settings. You were probably also learning to voice your opinion and depending on whether or not your opinion was welcomed, you may or may not feel comfortable sharing your opinion now. It’s also a time when, under the right conditions, your self-esteem and confidence would have been growing. Of course, experiencing ideal conditions is rare so, in this episode, we’re going to do our best to rewire your brain where it needs it most based on your experiences from ages 7 to 9.

  • Neutralizing Memories from Ages 10 – 12: The ages ten to twelve have a liminal quality to them. You’re not a little kid anymore but you’re not a teenager either. You’re in between and if there’s anything we can learn from the moon, the in between phases are the most wild and mysterious. You were just starting to define yourself more through your peers than your family. You were developing an increasing need for independence. You might have a lot more conscious memories of this time. Of course, there will still be a lot you don’t consciously remember that still affects your behavior today but that is fine because your subconscious mind does remember and it has all the information we need. In this episode, we work with your subconscious mind to rewire your brain where it needs it most based on your experiences from ages 10 to 12.

  • Neutralizing Memories from Ages 13 – 18: This is a wide age range and you might notice that A LOT happened between the ages of 13 and 18. You probably even have many events and experiences that you can consciously remember and can point to as still affecting you today. So much of your inner foundations were already established before you became a teenager but it’s probably a time in your life where you can look back and see the results of your earlier conditioning. You also had to navigate more complex situations like drugs, alcohol, sex, stress, puberty and hormones, future career goals, body image and sexuality. If you experienced a lot of adversity or had a trauma response that was already hijacking your experience, you didn’t have the mental or emotional capacity to approach these serious subjects with thoughtfulness and inner reflection. Instead of making conscious choices that truly reflected who you wanted to be, you most likely just reacted to whatever circumstances you found yourself in. In this episode, we work with your subconscious mind to rewire your brain where it needs it most based on your experiences from ages 13 to 18.

  • Clearing Memories of House and Home: A lot happens in a home and what happened in the rooms of the homes you lived in as a child will trigger many memories and beliefs that are still affecting you today. In this episode, we work with your subconscious mind to clear memories, beliefs and energy you are holding onto about house and home – both the home you live in now and the home(s) you lived in as a child.

  • Calming Anxiety and Celebrating Spring: I included this episode in the collection because as you work with your inner child, you might require extra support. In this session, we work with the MAP Method to calm an activated, anxious or dysregulated nervous system while celebrating the imagery and energy of Spring.
