Unfortunately, most of us had too many emotional needs that were unmet by the people who cared for us. In this episode, we address the unmet emotional needs you had as a young child and we work with your subconscious mind to rewire your brain where it needs it most based on your experiences for ages 1 to 3.

  • Neutralizing Memories from Ages 4 - 6: During this time period, you were developing your creativity and experiencing separation from your main caregivers and accumulating memories around school and learning, all of which affected your perception of yourself, your intelligence and your abilities. In this episode, we work with your subconscious mind to treat and neutralize conscious and subconscious memories from your ages 4 to 6 or in other words, the preschool years.

  • Neutralizing Memories from Ages 7 - 9: During this time you were hopefully forming friendships and learning how to relate to other people. You may have experienced cruelty or bullying or exclusion. You probably also partook in cruel, bullying or exclusive behaviors because you were learning and exploring your power and power dynamics in relationships and group settings. You were probably also learning to voice your opinion and depending on whether or not your opinion was welcomed, you may or may not feel comfortable sharing your opinion now. It’s also a time when, under the right conditions, your self-esteem and confidence would have been growing. Of course, experiencing ideal conditions is rare so, in this episode, we’re going to do our best to rewire your brain where it needs it most based on your experiences from ages 7 to 9.

  • Neutralizing Memories from Ages 10 - 12: The ages ten to twelve have a liminal quality to them. You’re not a little kid anymore but you’re not a teenager either. You're in between and if there’s anything we can learn from the moon, the in between phases are the most wild and mysterious. You were just starting to define yourself more through your peers than your family. You were developing an increasing need for independence. You might have a lot more conscious memories of this time. Of course, there will still be a lot you don’t consciously remember that still affects your behavior today but that is fine because your subconscious mind does remember and it has all the information we need. In this episode, we work with your subconscious mind to rewire your brain where it needs it most based on your experiences from ages 10 to 12.

  • Neutralizing Memories from Ages 13 - 18: This is a wide age range and you might notice that A LOT happened between the ages of 13 and 18. You probably even have many events and experiences that you can consciously remember and can point to as still affecting you today. So much of your inner foundations were already established before you became a teenager but it’s probably a time in your life where you can look back and see the results of your earlier conditioning. You also had to navigate more complex situations like drugs, alcohol, sex, stress, puberty and hormones, future career goals, body image and sexuality. If you experienced a lot of adversity or had a trauma response that was already hijacking your experience, you didn’t have the mental or emotional capacity to approach these serious subjects with thoughtfulness and inner reflection. Instead of making conscious choices that truly reflected who you wanted to be, you most likely just reacted to whatever circumstances you found yourself in. In this episode, we work with your subconscious mind to rewire your brain where it needs it most based on your experiences from ages 13 to 18.

  • Clearing Memories of House and Home: A lot happens in a home and what happened in the rooms of the homes you lived in as a child will trigger many memories and beliefs that are still affecting you today. In this episode, we work with your subconscious mind to clear memories, beliefs and energy you are holding onto about house and home - both the home you live in now and the home(s) you lived in as a child.

  • Calming Anxiety and Celebrating Spring: I included this episode in the collection because as you work with your inner child, you might require extra support. Hi. My name is Dana.

I created The Moon Mapping Year because I needed a lot of support healing from my childhood trauma and the chronic stress and anxiety that damaged my body. There was a time my childhood memories caused me to be emotionally triggered several times a day and the intensity of those emotions were making me sick. Literally! I have MCAS which means intense emotions can trigger anaphylactic reactions. I don't have the luxury of avoiding my emotions or my inner child healing. I have to do my inner work if I want to feel good in my body and be functional.

The weekly healing sessions I received from therapists and alternative healers were amazing and necessary but I needed more. I needed the kind of support I could access in the moment so I could bring the intensity of my emotional triggers down NOW. My body wasn't well and it couldn't handle waiting.

The MAP Method saved my life. It taught my subconscious mind to do the deep inner work for me and within minutes my emotional triggers were neutralized and my body returned to a place of calm. I didn't have to relive the past or even remember it. My subconscious mind knew better than I do what to do to heal and how to do it for me.

The MAP Method allows you to dissolve limiting beliefs, neutralize fears, overcome stress and anxiety, and stop self-sabotaging behaviors in their tracks. And it does all of this in a way that is often fast, easy, and gentle while producing results that are long-term and often permanent, due to the rewiring of the brain.

In the Moon Mapping Year, I share over 80 recordings that work with the MAP Method in rhythm with nature and lunar cycles because that's how I like to do my inner work. I like to leverage the energy of the cosmos and align with the cycles Mother Nature is in so my body doesn't have to do all the heavy lifting. I am carried deeper and further in my healing by the energy that surrounds me so in summer I focus on clearing blocks to success and in fall I work with my ancestors and the MAP Method to clear generational trauma. All the recordings in the Moon Mapping Year were created to align with nature or the moon.

This special collection of recordings does NOT include all the recordings in the Moon Mapping Year but it does include the ones that are focused on inner child healing. In this special collection, we do the deep important work of healing your inner child during the season of spring because that is the best time to do this work in alignment with nature.

What kind of memories surface when you think of the kitchen(s) of your childhood home(s)?

Think about the room you slept in as a child. What kind of memories surface when you think of where you slept as a child?

What about the room where your parents or caregivers slept? Does anything surface when you think of those rooms?

These questions surfaced a lot of emotions inside me and I suspect when you truly contemplate your childhood home(s), you'll notice the same thing.

You'll be fascinated by how many memories each room of your childhood home brings up for you - and unfortunately, if you're like me, many of the emotions you felt in those rooms never had a chance to be processed, digested, released or transformed. Instead, they still live in you and you're carrying emotional weight that it is time to release.

In the Moon Mapping session I created for clearing memories of house and home (which is included in this special collection), I go slowly room by room.

I start with instructing your subconscious mind to neutralize any memories or beliefs from a room in your childhood home. After we clear that room, I instruct your subconscious mind to clear and neutralize any memories or beliefs from the same type of room in the house you live in now.
