ART JOURNAL WITH THE MOON TO UNBLOCK YOUR SACRAL CHAKRA is a mini-course with Dana da Ponte where we gather under the magic of the full moon to clear the beliefs and memories that are preventing the energy in your sacral chakra from flowing freely and harmoniously.
When your sacral chakra is blocked, you might experience creative blocks, low self-esteem, co-dependency, lack of joy and pleasure, an inability to express sexual pleasure, difficulty accepting your sexuality, a lack of secure attachment and an inability to enjoy the sweetness of life.
When your sacral chakra is open, you experience the ability to express your creativity, feel worthy of love and acceptance, experience joy and pleasure, trust your dreams and desires and have the ability to be deeply intimate with another person.

Basic supplies needed are paper or an art journal, a pen or pencil and some orange markers or pencil crayons but you can always use whatever you feel inspired to (we support spontaneous creativity here). It is your art journal so the materials you use are up to you. If you like mixing it up, make sure you have your art supplies handy, such as your acrylic paints, brushes, glue, scissors and scrapbook paper or magazine, book or printed images that you might want to include. Make sure everything is in shades or tones of ORANGE. Since we’re creating this art journal page to unblock the sacral chakra, we’ll be working strictly with the color orange.
