Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Insights for Oct 27-Nov 2, 2025
In this post, I talk about the astrology for the week of October 27-November 2, 2025 and how it affects highly sensitive entrepreneurs. I also share my thoughts on Samhain and Halloween.

INTRODUCTION
A lot of the astrology this week is asking us to remember and recommit to what is meaningful so let’s talk about what growing your business with astrology and art magic looks like over the next several days.
To me, it’s as if the moon and stars are sitting in counsel around me lovingly this week asking, “But Dana, what actually matters to you now?‘
And because there is also big vision and future planning energy coming at us this week, it’s making me pause and wonder, “Yeah, what is it that I really want?”
Something’s changed inside me and I feel like as I’m writing this to you, I’m just now catching up with it.
Year Ahead Vibes
Every October, I begin my big yearly planning. I order my planner, sign up for my year ahead astrology classes and organize my ideas about what I want in the year ahead but this time, something feels different.
I bought a new planner, like I always do, but this time I chose the larger version. I’ve been using the same kind of planner for five years. It’s the kind I can customize and make my own. But this year, I went for the BIG version and it’s bold, and beautiful. The cover is a field of wildflowers, and it feels so alive.
I love the weight of it. I love the tabs and stickers (although I’m still on the lookout for some witchier stickers for my year-ahead planning!). But my planner also feels a bit daunting. I don’t think this planner is just for dreaming anymore. It’s for doing. It’s not the journal of someone who’s “getting ready.” It’s the planner of someone who’s in it. Someone who’s living the dream instead of just imagining it.
Arriving Before I’ve Arrived
And here’s the strange part…I haven’t achieved all the things I’ve set out to do. I haven’t finished creating the book I’ve been dreaming about for six years. I haven’t “arrived” at the vision I hold for myself. And yet, I feel different. As if somewhere between last year and now, I crossed a threshold I didn’t even see.
I’m not the girl dreaming of the future anymore. I’m the woman walking in it.
And there’s this tiny part of me that’s afraid. It whispers: How can I ask for more when I’ve already been given so much? It’s a quiet, lonely kind of fear. Not the kind that shouts and stops you in your tracks but the kind that sits in the background, unsure if it’s safe to keep growing, keep reaching, keep opening to more.
And it’s so complicated because I’m holding all this while the world feels like it’s burning and I have a lot of feelings about that (as we all do) so there’s so many realities to hold at the same time.
It’s a lot.
But I think it’s all worth exploring more deeply because maybe slowing down to celebrate and savor the good things is just as important as facing the hard things.
So I am savoring the good right now and as I do, let me try to put it in words for both of us.
The Good
I think there’s something wonderful but also vulnerable about living the life I’ve spent years dreaming about, especially since I’m still in the process of creating it. It’s like my soul recognizes the path I’m walking right now is the right one, even if my logical mind is still waiting for evidence or milestones to prove I’ve “made it.”
I don’t know if I’ve ever truly had the feeling that I’m walking the right path.
I’ve had moments of deep gratitude in my life. You know, the kind that brings tears to your eyes. I’ve had those moments especially in my relationship with my husband and my son. The sweetness I experience with them is beyond words. But even with all that love, I don’t think I’ve ever had that grounded, soul-deep sense that I am exactly where I’m meant to be.
Not like I do now.
Something about what I’m doing in my business these days like working with entrepreneurs, weaving in spirit and astrology, writing my weekly blogs, talking about art magic, and carving out time for my book, there’s something about all of it that is giving me this unfamiliar but beautiful feeling: like I’ve fine-tuned things so well, listened so closely to my own soul, that I’m finally doing what I came here to do. Or at least, it feels that way.
It Gets Better
It’s taken me a long time to get here.
And I still haven’t reached all the dreams I’m holding nor have I created all the things I want to bring into the world yet, but something has shifted. It’s like I’m no longer standing outside my dream, peering in through the window. I’m living inside it now.
Yesterday, I went for my usual morning walk and something magical happened. Sometimes a rock will call out to me on my morning walks. I’ll be walking along when it’s like it just jumps up at me as if to say, “Hey, I’m talking to you.” That happened right as I was walking past as spot in the forest where my photographer took these witchy photos of me in my cloak some years ago.
The rock I picked up had this big “X” on it. And right away, I heard, “Pay attention. X marks the spot. This is where the treasure is.” I looked up and realized I was standing on the exact path from that photo. It is the path where I looked so much like the art witch version of me I’m finally starting to lead with.
And the magic didn’t stop there.
At the same time as picking up the rock, I was listening to a podcast with an astrologer who was talking about the part of your birth chart that holds your career, your legacy, and your public self. She went on to describe how that’s the part of your chart that shows where you are meant to shine in the world. And suddenly it all hit me. I felt this wave of loving energy surround me and I knew it was Spirit saying: Keep going. This is it. This is what you were born for.
And I’ve never felt that before. Not in my body. Not in this way.
The Light in Me Grows
As I write this, the light in the center of my solar plexus feels like it’s glowing and stretching wide across the room. My energy isn’t tight and close to me like it usually is. It is expansive. Open. As if my energy is feeling free and safe enough to expand, reach out and take up more space.
Maybe I’m feeling this way because I’ve finally stopped trying to be who I thought I should be in my business and started becoming who I truly am. Maybe I’ve stripped away enough old layers that my inner self and the part that’s always known is finally leading. Maybe I’ve followed enough threads of longing and intuition that I’ve ended up exactly where I need to be.
And maybe…this feeling I’m having, this certainty in my bones, isn’t about having “arrived” or finally “succeeding.” Maybe it’s about alignment. It’s about feeling the pieces click into place. It’s about no longer pushing against my true nature.
Because I am an art witch.
I’m here to lead with that magic. I’m here to show that sensitive, soulful, creative path is not only valid but also powerful. And I don’t know exactly where it’s all going, but I know this: the path I’m on feels like home. And I suspect maybe that is the real treasure.
The Path You’re On
After hearing my story, maybe something in you is stirring too. Maybe it’s soft and subtle or maybe it’s loud and restless. Either way, this week invites you to pause and really ask yourself: Am I walking the path my soul came here to walk? And if you’re not, why not? Is there something you need to see here?
This isn’t about judging where you are or pressuring yourself to be somewhere else. It’s about remembering what matters to YOU. Not what’s impressive. Not what someone else says you should want. Not even what you used to want five years ago. But right now, in this version of your life, what do you care about? What do you want? What are you longing for, even if you’re scared to admit it?
The Moon and Stars
The moon and stars this week are holding space for you to reconnect with your deeper truth. They’re encouraging you to get honest about what you value and what you’re here to grow. So let yourself wonder: What does it mean to me to live a meaningful life? What would make me feel like I’m living in alignment with who I really am?
You don’t have to have the full vision figured out. You don’t even have to know how it all unfolds. But you do deserve to carve out the time it takes to listen.
And when you make space to listen, you might be surprised what you hear. I never would have guessed I’d end up living a life as an art witch combining magic, astrology, creativity, and entrepreneurship into one path. I didn’t plan that. I just kept listening. I kept asking, What’s the next right step? What do I want now?
And I kept trusting the part of me that lit up when I followed what felt real and alive.
Maybe you haven’t had that feeling of “this is it” yet. That’s okay. It doesn’t mean you won’t. It just means there might be some layers to peel back. Maybe old identities you’ve outgrown. Maybe fears that are still hanging around. Maybe it’s just that you’ve been too overwhelmed or too busy to tune in lately. That’s all normal and it doesn’t mean you’re off track. But it is a sign that it might be time to come home to yourself again.
Try This
This week, I invite you to slow down and sit with the deeper questions. Not to solve them, but to be with them. Reflect on what’s changed for you. Ask yourself what’s still true and what’s not anymore. Consider the different futures you might want to step into. Explore who you’re becoming and who you want to become.
You’re allowed to dream bigger. You’re allowed to change your mind. You’re allowed to want something different now than you wanted before. But most importantly, you’re allowed to live a life that feels deeply, soulfully yours. Not because it looks perfect. But because when you walk this path, you feel your energy expanding instead of shrinking. You feel that light in your belly stretching outward. You feel, even just for a moment, I am home in myself.
That’s what this week is for. That’s what this astrology is encouraging. So make space for it. Light a candle. Open your journal. Walk in nature. Ask your spirit guides. Talk to your inner child. Let yourself remember. Let yourself imagine again. You’re not too late. You’re right on time. And your soul knows the way.
A Call to Grow
Tomorrow, A Call to Grow begins. And this round, I’m doing something I’ve never done before.
For the first time, I’ll be studying your birth chart every single week for six months. Not just a quick overview or a one-time reading but a deep, slow, considered journey into your soul’s blueprint.
Every week, I’ll spend dedicated time with your chart. I’ll track the planets and listen for what Spirit wants you to hear. I’ll bring your soul’s path into focus again and again, layering insights over time until the messages your chart carries with it about your soul become super clear to you.
This kind of long-form attention is rare. If you were to get six months of weekly astrology readings anywhere else, the cost would be high likely well over $4,000. You just won’t find this kind of personalized attention in a business support container like this especially not at this price.
But I want to include it because I’m learning so offering this to you helps me study and learn and I also believe something magical happens when we stop trying to figure things out alone. When we let someone truly see us. When we’re held in a rhythm of spiritual reflection and steady encouragement. When we stop second-guessing and start remembering: Oh yes, this is who I am. This is what I came here to do.
That’s what I want for you over the next six months.
I want you to grow and I want your business to grow alongside you.
I want you to feel supported and guided every step of the way. I want you to have the experience of your business feeling more like a place where your magic can show up in the world.
And I want you to know this kind of growth is possible. By the time May arrives, your business could feel like a very different place.
So if you’ve been feeling the nudge, consider this your final invitation. Come join me in A Call to Grow. This is a rare offering and a truly special journey and I would love to walk it with you. You can learn more or join me here.
Now let’s dive deeper into the energy the moon and stars are gifting us with this week.
ASTROLOGY HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 27-November 2, 2025
This is the last week of October, and the moon is growing. That means the energy is building and this is a good week to take meaningful action, especially toward long-term goals that feel true to your heart. It’s time to commit to what is real and aligned and let go of distractions or obligations that no longer make sense for where you’re going.
There’s a lot of big-picture energy in the air. If you’ve been craving a moment of clarity, this is your week to reconnect with your larger vision. Give yourself time to reflect:
What are you working toward?
What feels purposeful now?
What do you deeply want to create?
You might notice fresh inspiration or ideas arriving out of nowhere so pay attention to those. They’re not random.
Midweek is full of movement. You might feel a surge of energy and confidence, like you’re finally able to make progress on something you’ve been thinking about for a while. This is a great time to take a step forward, especially in areas where you’ve been doubting yourself. Momentum is available but you’ll also want to build in a little flexibility. Unexpected changes or surprises are possible, so keep your plans loose enough to adapt without getting thrown off.
Also this week, you’re being invited to dream again. You might notice a longing for something more magical, more meaningful, or more emotionally satisfying. That’s not a distraction. That’s your soul speaking. Make space to feel into your desires. Try creating an art spell or journaling page that captures the kind of life or business you’re longing for. Let yourself imagine the impossible because some of it might not be as far off as you think.
HOW TO WORK WITH THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY IN YOUR BUSINESS
We’re also moving through the season of Scorpio and having the celebration of Samhain, when the veil between worlds is thin. This is sacred timing. Your intuition will be stronger. You might be receiving signs or messages you’re your spirit guides, ancestors, or your own inner knowing. If you’ve been questioning something in your business like what direction to go, what to let go of or what to invest your energy into, ask for guidance. And then get quiet enough to hear the answer.
Samhain (pronounced sow-in) is one of the most sacred and magical festivals on the Wheel of the Year. It marks the end of the harvest season and the beginning of the dark half of the year. Traditionally celebrated from October 31 to November 1, Samhain is considered the Celtic New Year or “The Witches’ New Year” and a time when the veil between the worlds is thin and we can more easily connect with the spirit realm.
Long before Halloween became a night of costumes and candy, Samhain was a holy time of honoring the dead, tending to the unseen, and preparing for the inward journey of winter. It’s a liminal space in the calendar. It’s a time when magic is strong, and the spiritual world feels especially close.
Remembering and Honoring
Samhain is about remembering and honoring those who came before you. It’s a time to celebrate your ancestors whether they are family you knew in this life or ancient lineages you feel connected to in spirit. Death hasn’t always been feared the way it often is today. It can also be understood as part of the great cycle of life, death, and rebirth. Samhain is a time to gather, light candles, tell stories, and invite the presence of your beloved dead to join the table.
As witches, healers, and magical beings, Samhain is also a potent time to connect with your spirit allies, listen deeply to your intuition, and receive guidance for the path ahead. You might light a candle on your altar, create an art spell to honor your lineage, or journal with your ancestors as you ask them for their blessings or support in the work you’re doing.
For those of us living soul-led, creative lives, Samhain offers a chance to pause, reflect, and spiritually prepare for a new chapter. It’s a powerful moment to:
- Grieve what’s gone, whether that’s loved ones, old identities, or aspects of your business that no longer fit.
- Thank your ancestors, especially for the ways they endured and paved the way for your gifts to come through.
- Clear space for new beginnings, setting intentions for the winter ahead and the creative visions you’ll nurture in the dark.
Messages and Altars
Because the veil is thin, this is also a beautiful time to receive signs, messages, and synchronicities. You may feel a stronger connection to your dreams or notice little nudges from your guides or beloved dead. Trust them. Listen closely.
I personally don’t believe there’s a right way to honor Samhain. Some people build ancestor altars with photos, candles, or offerings like food and herbs. Others write letters to loved ones who have passed or create ritual art to connect with their ancestors. You might also spend time outside, noticing how nature is letting go, drawing inward, and returning to the earth. Let it remind you that letting go is sacred too.
You can also use this time to check in with your business and ask:
What needs to be released?
What wants to be transformed?
Then let the wisdom of your ancestors and the stillness of the season guide your next steps.
Honor your ancestors by being honest with yourself about what you want. Many of us have ancestors who didn’t have the freedom to ask themselves what they really want so honor the fact that you get to do that by taking the time to let yourself see what you really want.
Then, when you’re ready, take at least one meaningful step toward building that version of your business this week.
HOW THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY MIGHT AFFECT YOUR HIGHLY SENSITIVE NATURE
If you’re highly sensitive like me, this week’s astrology might feel like a lot. It’s all good stuff but still a lot is a lot on your system.
There’s a mix of big movement, inner questioning and unexpected twists. All of this can stir things up emotionally, mentally, and energetically. And when you’re someone who feels everything deeply, this kind of busyness with the moon and stars doesn’t just stay in the night sky, it shows up in your nervous system, your focus, your thoughts and your emotional ups and downs.
None of it feels heavy to me. But it does feel busy and my system registers busy in the collective energy by making it difficult for me to shift down and rest so I mention it because maybe you’re like me and you need the reminder that you might need a little more support to slow down and not feel noisy inside your body.
Mars Magic
There’s a strong momentum in the air right now with Mars making powerful alignments that support bold action, confidence, and progress. That’s exciting and really motivating if you’ve been feeling stuck and I welcome it. But for those of us who need space and softness before we leap, this drive to “get going” can also bring pressure or urgency.
It’s okay to move forward this week but do it in a way that honors your pace.
Let’s all strive for steady, meaningful progress not burnout, shall we?
Mercury Magic
At the same time, Mercury is active in a way that might stir your thoughts, shift your perspective, and bring both inspiration and overwhelm. You might have a rush of ideas or spiritual downloads that feel like they came out of nowhere. Some of it will feel exciting or like a spark lighting you up but some of it might feel like too much, too fast, especially if plans suddenly change or communication gets scrambled midweek.
Wednesday, in particular, is full of astrological shifts. If you notice your emotions are more intense, your focus is scattered, or your energy feels out of sync and frazzled, you’re not doing anything wrong or making it up. You’re probably just picking up on all that busy energy. Give yourself extra gentleness that day. Build in extra time between tasks, and don’t be surprised if you need a nap, a walk, or a moment to cry or journal.
There’s also a dreamy, intuitive quality to this week, especially midweek. You might feel more connected to your spiritual guides, your ancestors, or a sense of deeper longing for something more meaningful in your life or business. Let yourself linger there. Listen in. That longing is a message from your soul.
Liminal Space
Samhain and Halloween are also part of the week’s energy, which adds to the emotional depth. The veil is thin, and the past, the future, and the spirit world all feel closer. It’s a beautiful time to light a candle, say a prayer, create art with intention, and honor the journey you and your ancestors have been on. This season is about turning inward and remembering that slowing down to listen is part of how we grow.
So, if you’re feeling everything this week whether it’s big emotions, bold ideas, confusion, excitement, grief or longing, know it’s not just you. This is a week of many things. The best thing you can do is stay anchored in what matters most to you, move slowly with care when you can, and keep coming back to your heart. You don’t have to do it all, fix it all, or figure it all out. You just have to stay present and let the shifts guide you to the next step.
HOW THIS WEEK’S ENERGY MIGHT AFFECT YOUR CLIENTS OR CUSTOMERS
This week’s astrology is stirring up a lot both for you and for the people you serve.
We’re in a waxing moon phase, which naturally invites people to reach, grow, and take action but with the Sun in Scorpio and a lot of planets in water signs, the desire to move forward is mixed with a deep need to process. Emotionally, your people may be sitting with things that are unresolved or still shifting. They might feel a bit raw, unsure, or even overwhelmed by inspiration that doesn’t yet have form. If your clients are highly sensitive (and many of them likely are), they might be absorbing a lot from others or from the collective field and not even realize it.
At the same time, Mars is active this week in ways that are bold and motivated and it’s teaming up with Jupiter and Saturn to help us make meaningful, long-term progress. That means your clients might also feel a kind of pressure to “get going” on something whether it’s a personal goal, a creative project, or a business decision. But if they’re not feeling ready or clear, that pressure might show up as anxiety, perfectionism, or avoidance. Some of your clients might start second-guessing themselves or spinning in self-doubt, especially if they’re trying to balance a soulful path with practical responsibilities.
Where You Come In
This is a powerful week for you to hold safe, steady space. Remind your people that it’s okay to move slowly. Help them listen to what feels truly meaningful and not just listen to what feels urgent. Your work might be to validate their longing, their grief, their confusion, or their desire to dream big even when the details aren’t in place yet.
Ask the deeper questions: What do they really want? What’s pulling at their heartstrings? What story are they ready to rewrite?
Because we’re heading toward Samhain and Halloween this week which is a time when the veil between our world and spirit’s is thin, your clients may also be picking up on ancestral or spiritual energies. Some might feel a deep need for connection or comfort. Others might find themselves reckoning with old patterns or subconscious stories that have been blocking their growth. You don’t have to fix that for them but this is a beautiful time to invite reflection, ritual, or a return to inner wisdom.
You are the Medicine
If you’re someone who channels, reads energy, creates healing art, guides people through transformational work, or simply leads with heart…let your presence be the medicine. Listen deeply. Be a mirror. Offer what feels true for you, whether that’s a grounding session, a loving reminder, or a nudge to reconnect with their own intuition.
Finally, know that your clients may not always say what they’re feeling this week. They might show up as distracted, overwhelmed, over-talking, pulling away or suddenly reaching out with a flood of emotion. Try not to take any of it personally. Just remember: everyone is navigating their own soul path, and this week, your presence and your calm are more impactful than you know.
HOW TO LEAD YOUR COMMUNITY IN THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY
With so much astrological movement happening right now where big dreams are stirring, emotions are rising and a lot of momentum is building, it can be tempting to push, to announce or to go big. But this week is really calling for a different kind of leadership. One that’s steady. One that listens. One that gently guides instead of rushing ahead.
You might feel the pull to share your vision or put your ideas out there and if that feels aligned, do it. But also know your people are sensitive right now. There’s a lot they’re holding inside. The emotional tone of this week is deep, reflective, and even a little mystical. They may be craving a moment to pause and reconnect with themselves before they take the next step forward.
Lead them into that pause.
Dig Deeper
Instead of only offering strategy, offer soulfulness. Instead of only teaching, create space to feel. Show them how to honor both the momentum they’re building and the emotions they’re still navigating. Invite them to slow down and get clear on what really matters not just what’s urgent or exciting. Ask them:
What’s the deeper why behind what you’re working on?
What’s the truth your heart is whispering right now?
This is a powerful time to guide your community toward reflection and alignment especially around long-term plans. Be the one who reminds them that success isn’t just about action, it’s about integrity and being true to themselves. About choosing the path that feels meaningful, not just productive. About walking forward with intention, even if it’s slower than expected.
And because we’re entering the days around Samhain and Halloween, the spiritual energy is strong. Your people might be feeling more intuitive, more emotional, or more connected to their ancestors or inner wisdom. Bring that into your work if it feels right. Let your leadership this week honor the unseen as much as the seen.
