INTRODUCTION

Before I share the art spell for the Scorpio New Moon and the astrology for this week and how to work with it to grow yourself and your business, I want to talk about how the astrology has been showing up in my body lately.

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Scorpio New Moon Art Spell and Insights for Nov 17–23, 2025I hope that by sharing my experience, I can help you remember that if you are highly sensitive like me, the thoughts, feelings, energy, tone and mood swirling around does affect you in one way or another. You may not be affected by the energy in the same way I am but seeing me name my experience I hope will help you name yours.

For days, I’ve felt this strange mix of heaviness and agitation.

As I sat down to write this week’s update, I knew I wanted to guide us into working with the New Moon in Scorpio, but every time I checked in with the energy, it felt…confusing and overwhelming. The energy feels both thick, dense and heavy but also noisy, open and expansive.

The heaviness feels like wading through mud that’s holding a lot of emotion, a lot of memory, and a lot of change all at once.

The expansiveness feels like too much air rushing through the window at once.

My system has been picking up and absorbing so much lately. Not bad. Just a lot. A lot of energy moving and emotions needing to be felt and processed. Plus all the internal change and growth happening quietly beneath the surface.

When a Lot is Shifting and Moving

I see it in my own life and in my body, but I also see it in my clients and friends. We’re all wading through so much. There’s what we’re collectively feeling and also what we’re personally moving through in our businesses and relationships…and then there’s everything we’re sensing in the people we love and the people we’re here to help. It’s not always dramatic. Sometimes it is. But a lot of it is happening in the unspoken realms; in the field, in the energy, in the subtle spaces between us.

As a sensitive person, that can feel like carrying two backpacks at once: my own inner work, and the emotional weather of the people I care about. This past week I’ve had to be really diligent about clearing my energy, releasing, letting go, processing, and digesting. I keep noticing how busy things feel for so many people right now and what they’re navigating, what’s ending, what’s shifting and I can feel it even when no one says anything out loud (and I suspect you can too).

That’s why I’ve been especially grateful for the practices that bring me back to my center such as art journaling with the moon and stars every morning or listening to my MAP sessions and letting my subconscious gently reorganize and release. Or stepping outside and helping my nervous system remember that the earth is still here, the sky is still there, and my body belongs somewhere.

These simple rituals are how I keep coming home to myself when the energy in and around me feels like “too much.”

How the Astrology Ties in

And the astrology of this week really matches that feeling.

We’re still deep in Scorpio waters where we’re composting, releasing, digesting old experiences, turning over the soil of the past. Even the New Moon this week has strong signatures of release and clearing. It isn’t happening at the fresh, beginning part of Scorpio. It’s happening at the tail end, where we’re asked to transform, distill, and compost what has already happened so that it can become food for what comes next.

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Scorpio New Moon Art Spell and Insights for Nov 17–23, 2025At the same time, the energy of Sagittarius is starting to glow on the horizon. The Sun is getting ready to move into this more expansive, forward-looking, visionary fire sign. Plus, Uranus is bringing shocks, surprise, disruption, pattern-breaking and sudden clarity. So we’re holding two very different tones at once:

We’re holding the deep water of Scorpio and autumn, asking us to feel, release, and tend to what’s been living in the shadows.

And we’re holding the wide, bright fire of Sagittarius and the freedom seeking Uranus, asking us to look ahead, seek meaning, and choose a more honest and freeing direction.

No wonder it feels like a lot.

The Compost and the Compass

On one hand, this week is about composting. We’re being invited to turn over the old stories, the past strategies, the disappointments, the grief, the fears, and the unprocessed emotions that still live in our bodies and our businesses. We’re asking, “What am I still carrying from the past that actually can’t come with me if I want to grow into who I’m becoming?”

On the other hand, this week is also quietly about our compass or the inner sense of direction that starts to speak up once we’ve been honest about what’s over.

As the energy shifts toward Sagittarius, a new kind of curiosity wants to wake up. A desire for more freedom. A longing to explore a different way of doing business. A spark that says, “If I wasn’t weighed down by all of that…where would I actually want to go next?”

So we’re in this in-between place: not fully in the old story anymore but not quite in the new chapter yet.

We’re standing in the rich, messy middle with our hands in the compost, eyes starting to scan the horizon.

For those of us who are highly sensitive and have a history of trauma or emotional neglect, this can be an intense spot to stand in. Our systems are already doing a lot behind the scenes: digesting old hurt, integrating past experiences, trying to keep us safe while we grow. Add in a week where the emotional waters are stirred up and the future is calling, and it makes sense if you feel tired, wired, emotional, hopeful, foggy, clear, and overwhelmed and sometimes all in the same moment.

Work With It

That’s why, instead of trying to “push through” all this energy or pretend it is business as usual, I want to work with it.

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Scorpio New Moon Art Spell and Insights for Nov 17–23, 2025The first step in working with it, is noticing it. When I paid attention to my body and how it was feeling, I noticed it was holding two very different energies.

One energy was heavy. I felt bogged down. Weighted. Slower. Not in a dramatic, “everything is awful” kind of way, but in that quiet, dragging way where you can tell you’re carrying some resistance or some energy in your body that wants to slow you down.

I could feel it in my back and in my legs. My back felt like it was carrying too much. My legs felt like they didn’t really want to move forward.

At the same time, another feeling started to creep in. I could feel this more expansive, open, forward-moving current. That part actually felt lighter, but it also made my nervous system anxious. It felt too wide. Too open. My solar plexus was buzzy, my digestion was agitated, and my mind felt like it was processing way too much information all at once.

So there I was, literally sitting at my desk, feeling both a heavy, slow, “I’m not ready to move forward yet” feeling in my back and legs and a jittery, fast, “I need to do something, I should be moving, there’s so much to figure out” feeling in my belly and mind.

All at the same time.

It didn’t feel good. And for a while, it just felt like “something is wrong with me” or “I’m not handling this energy very well.”

Name It

But then I paused and actually started to name what was happening.

I remembered: we’re at the end of Scorpio season, moving toward Sagittarius. Scorpio is deep, fixed water. It pulls us down and in. It asks us to feel, to transform, to turn over the emotional soil and really sit with what’s underneath.

Sagittarius is big, mutable fire. It opens the horizon. It asks us to look ahead, to move, to explore, to think about the future and where we’re going.

And suddenly my body made perfect sense.

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Scorpio New Moon Art Spell and Insights for Nov 17–23, 2025The heaviness in my back and legs? That’s the inner parts in me who are responding to this Scorpio energy saying:

“I’m still processing and carrying a lot. I’m not done digesting what has happened yet. Please don’t rush me into the future.”

The buzzing in my solar plexus and my racing mind? That’s the inner parts of me who are responding to this Sagittarius energy saying:

“There’s more out there for you. Things are changing. New directions are opening. There are so many possibilities. Your dreams are coming true. Things are changing for the better.”

Understanding

Once I could see it that way, it wasn’t “I’m a mess” anymore. It was: “Oh. I’m holding two very different things in my body at the same time.”

I’m doing deep compost work and it’s showing up in my back and legs: holding onto the past, feeling the weight, slowing me down so I don’t move too fast before I’m ready.

At the same time, I’m starting to feel some happy changes coming in my life and it’s lighting up my solar plexus and mind: filling me with possibility, questions and ideas while waking up my fear of success and the inner parts of me who are scared of good things happening

No wonder my nervous system felt confused.

Helping it Shift and Move

It’s like one part of me has both feet still planted in the underworld, turning the compost and another part of me is already standing at the edge of a cliff, looking out at a wide, bright landscape, itching to celebrate.

As soon as I named this as two different energies and experiences living in my body at the same time something in me softened.

Instead of fighting myself, I started to talk to the different parts of me.

I let the heavy, slow part know:

“You’re not wrong. You’re not a problem. Your job is to help me finish digesting what’s happened so far in my business and my life. You’re allowed to move slowly. You’re protecting me from rushing ahead before I’m ready. Thank you.”

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Scorpio New Moon Art Spell and Insights for Nov 17–23, 2025Then I turned to the buzzy, anxious, expansive part and said:

“You’re not wrong either. You’re the part of me that senses the future and sees the good that is on its way. I’m not going to shut you down. I’m just going to give you smaller, safer windows to dream, instead of asking my body to hold everything all at once.”

It Doesn’t Take Much

Just that…just seeing my inner experience, naming it, and giving the different parts of me roles helped my nervous system settle.

My back and legs still feel a little heavy, but I’m not confused or frustrated about it anymore. It feels like honest Scorpio work.

My solar plexus still feels lit up, but I’m not chasing every thought. I’m just letting myself know: “Yes, there is more. Yes, change is coming. And we’ll move toward it at a pace that feels kind.”

As I’m writing this, that’s what I’m sitting with: the reality that my physical body is one of the main places I experience the energy of the moon and stars.

I don’t just “know” we’re moving from deep, watery Scorpio into wide, fiery Sagittarius. I feel it in my bones, in my muscles and in my gut.

And naming it makes my body feel seen and understood. When my body feels understood, it feels safer. And when it feels safer, it calms down.

If You Feel It To

I wanted to share this inner journey of noticing and naming with you, because if you’ve been feeling “off” or heavy or wired or weird in your own body, it might not be random either.

You might also be holding:

  • a part of you that’s still deep in the past, digesting and releasing
  • and a part of you that’s already sensing the future, anxious to move forward

If you have a moment, I invite you to check in with yourself:

  • Where do you feel heaviness, slowness, or “I’m not ready” in your body?
  • Where do you feel restlessness, pressure, or “I should be moving faster” in your body? Or where in your body, is the fear of success showing up.

You don’t have to fix any of it.
Just notice it. Name it. Let those parts of you know you see them.

That simple act of naming what’s true for you, in your actual body is a kind of magic. It’s one of the ways we create safety inside ourselves and with safety comes a greater capacity to receive more good things.

How This Relates to the New Moon

Because of all this energy we’re dealing with this week, I’m thinking of the New Moon in Scorpio and the shift into Sagittarius as a “compost to compass” moment.

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Scorpio New Moon Art Spell and Insights for Nov 17–23, 2025The Compost is honouring everything you’ve lived and learned in your business so far. Letting the old stories, failures, expectations, and identities break down instead of dragging them around. Giving yourself emotional and spiritual space to actually digest what has happened.

The Compass is where, from that honest place, you listen for the first clues about where your business wants to go next. Not a full five-year plan or a perfectly polished offer yet. Just taking a moment after the composting to get a sense of the direction you want to take your business in now that feels more authentic, more spacious, and more aligned with who you are at this point in your growth.

Near the end of this post, you’ll see a section on how to harness this week’s astrology in your art magic to grow your business where I walk you through an art spell you can cast in your journal with this Scorpio New Moon. It’s a simple, tangible way to move through this compost to compass process. First, we’ll be tending what’s ready to be released then we’ll listen for the new direction that wants to emerge in your business.

But before we get to all that, I just wanted you to know, If you’ve been feeling like it’s a lot lately including a lot of energy, a lot of emotion and a lot of change, you’re not imagining it. You’re not being dramatic. You’re just sensitive to what’s really happening.

And that sensitivity is exactly what makes you so good at what you do.

ASTROLOGY HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 17-23, 2025

Beginning of the Week

The first part of the week has a “slow down and look closer” feeling. On Tuesday, Mercury retrograde slips back into the sign of Scorpio. This means your mind and attention move back into the deeper, emotional layers of your past and present. You might find yourself revisiting old conversations, old offers, old patterns, and even old hurts connected to your business. It can feel a bit heavy or intense. In this energy, you’re thinking about everything you’ve gone through to get where you are now and what still doesn’t feel quite right.

Business To Do

  • Go back over your website copy, past launches, old emails, systems, and the ways you’ve been talking about your work. Notice where your words feel out of date or out of alignment with who you are now.
  • Instead of trying to push something new out into the world, let yourself quietly edit, tweak, reword, and reframe.
  • Behind-the-scenes work, not front-of-stage work.
  • If tech glitches or miscommunications happen, see them as signals to slow down and double-check instead of forcing things forward.
Tending

Inner Work and Magic To Do

  • Notice where old memories and feelings are popping up especially around times you felt misunderstood, unseen, or ashamed in your work. Whatever is arising is ready to be digested a little more.
  • Do your gentle emotional clearing: MAP sessions, tapping, therapy, journaling, or just honest reflection about what still hurts and what you’re tired of carrying.
  • Light a candle or sit with your journal and ask: “What stories about my business or my worth are ready to be reviewed or rewritten?” Then art journal with that question in mind. You might write those stories on your page and paint over them, or turn them into symbols like old contracts, old labels or old masks so your subconscious can start loosening its grip on the past.
Midweek

Midweek, the energy intensifies and speeds up. On Wednesday, sudden insights, surprising information, emotional truth-telling, and intuitive downloads are very likely. Things you didn’t see before can suddenly become obvious. Hidden information can come to light. You might change your mind quickly or see your business patterns in a completely new way. It can feel like a lot for a sensitive system because it’s exciting energy but also destabilizing energy.

On Thursday, we get the New Moon in late Scorpio.

This New Moon in Scorpio isn’t a “fresh clean slate” kind of new moon. It’s happening at the very end of Scorpio, which gives it a very particular feeling. It’s less like the first day of spring and more like standing over a rich, dark compost pile that has been building for a long time. You can thank my astrology teacher, Kelly Surtees, for that analogy. She loves gardening.

Either way, this is reset energy, but not the kind where you erase everything and start over. It’s the kind where you gather up everything you’ve lived through, everything you’ve tried, everything that has died or ended or disappointed you in your business, and you let it break down into something that can feed your future.

Resistance and Transformation

I don’t know about you but sometimes I have resistance to seeing how the shit from my past feeds my future. This, of course, is helping me be curious. Where do I see this analogy to be true? Where do I see that it is most definitely not true? Questions to sit with during this new moon.

At the time of the new moon, the sun, Moon and Mercury are all at the last degrees of Scorpio and this part of the zodiac is about transformation after the crisis, not during it. Many of us have already gone through the intense part: the discouraging launches, the money fears, the identity crises, the “who am I to do this?” spirals, the relationship shifts around our work.

This New Moon asks: What are you still carrying from all of that? What grudges, stories, self-blame, or shame are still lodged in your body and business? What are you still obsessing over, going over in your mind, replaying even though that chapter is technically done? Before you can move forward, this moon wants you to see what’s still clinging to you and give it somewhere to go.

New Moon Breakthroughs

The opposition to Uranus in Taurus brings in the theme of surprises, upheavals, and pattern-breaking. This can look like sudden Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Scorpio New Moon Art Spell and Insights for Nov 17–23, 2025clarity about what no longer works, unexpected truth-telling, a shock around money or stability, or a moment where you realize, “Oh. I literally can’t keep doing it this way.” For sensitive entrepreneurs, that can feel jarring but it’s also incredibly liberating. Uranus shakes loose what you’ve been tolerating for too long. It might disrupt routines, income streams, or structures that were never fully aligned with your body and soul in the first place.

Mercury being cazimi the Sun (right in the heart of the Sun) at this New Moon adds a layer of mental and spiritual clarity. Even though Mercury is retrograde, which usually brings review and rethinking, being in the heart of the Sun makes it a moment where hidden information, secret insights, and buried truths can suddenly come into the light.

You might understand something about your path, your audience, your money patterns, or your creative calling that you simply could not see before. Documents, conversations, or memories you didn’t have access to before might surface. Thoughts you’ve been half-thinking for months might finally come into full form: I don’t want to run my business like this anymore. I want something different. This is deeply supportive energy for rewriting your internal story about who you are as a healer, artist or business owner.

New Moon Wilderness

The ruler of this New Moon is Mars in Sagittarius, which colours all this emotional composting with a freedom-seeking, future-oriented drive. Underneath all the deep feeling and letting go, there’s a wild part of you that wants more: more honesty, more meaning, more alignment, more freedom in how you live and work. That Mars in Sagittarius energy says, “Once we’ve done this clearing, I want us to go somewhere truer.” That might mean simplifying, niching, changing your schedule, letting go of an offer that drains you, or allowing your work to become more magical and weird in ways that actually feel like you. The point is: you’re not composting just to sit in a pile of old shit. You’re composting because your system knows you’re meant to grow toward something that feels more like who you really are.

So, as my astrology teacher explained to me, this New Moon in Scorpio is really about creating the conditions for future growth rather than forcing the growth itself. It’s about tending the inner soil: doing your emotional clearing work, letting yourself feel what you haven’t had time or space to feel, releasing the past from your body, and letting old versions of your business identity die with dignity. From there, the first whispers of your new direction can start to emerge but gently, like a compass needle moving slowly, not like a stressful expectation to have your whole future figured out overnight.

How to Work with This New Moon Energy

If you treat this moon as “compost and reset” time instead of “manifest everything now” time, your body and business will thank you. You don’t have to push for big outer results this week. Your job is to honestly name what’s over, offer it to the compost, and make a little more room inside.

Business To Do

  • Leave white space in your schedule if you can. Don’t overbook yourself. Things may shift, reschedule, or surprise you.
  • Use free time to pay attention to what you’re learning about yourself and your work. You might suddenly realize, “I can’t keep offering this in this way,” or “I’ve outgrown this price,” or “I’ve been ignoring what I really want to do.” Instead of making ten huge changes at once, write everything down. Brain dump your insights.
  • If something urgent and obvious needs to be shifted like a boundary, a pricing issue, or a very draining offer then make a small, clear adjustment. Let the bigger structural changes unfold after you’ve had time to sit with all this energy.
Inside Job

Inner Work and Magic To Do

  • On Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, do the Compost to Compass art spell I describe below in your art journal.
  • Carve out time to reflect. You’re being shown what you’re still holding from the past: old failures, old client stories, old money fears, old ways you over-gave or abandoned yourself. You’re also being shown that you don’t have to keep living from those memories.
  • Do inner work around forgiveness, letting go, and updating your internal story about who you are as an artist, a healer or an entrepreneur.
  • Trust your intuition.
  • If you feel called to cry, rest, pray, or talk to your spirit allies or ancestors, follow those nudges. It is a new moon after all.
End of the Week

The end of the week brings movement and a noticeable change in tone. There’s one more round of “I can’t pretend this is fine anymore” energy followed by a sense of relief and opening. The mood shifts from heavy, deep water to brighter, more spacious fire. You might suddenly feel more hopeful, more curious, or simply more ready to look ahead and vision what’s next.

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Scorpio New Moon Art Spell and Insights for Nov 17–23, 2025On Saturday, the deep emotional processing you’ve been doing gets extra support from wisdom, compassion, and practical structure. This is a lovely day for soul-led business planning. Not the kind where you push yourself to set ten goals and map every quarter, but the kind where you ask, “What would feel emotionally sustainable for me next year?” and “How can I structure my work in a way that cares for my sensitivity and my clients at the same time?” It’s a great day for journaling about your business dreams, talking with a trusted friend or mentor, or doing a MAP session on your fears about expanding or being seen. It’s the perfect kind of energy for my 2026 Moon Magic for Entrepreneurs online Retreat so I’ll be soaking those vibes up for sure.

Empowering Energy

On Sunday, the part of you that is ready to explore new directions in your business links up with the part of you that cares about collective change and the communities you’re here to serve. You might get a clearer sense of why your work matters not just for you, but for the people and spaces you’re connected to. This can feel empowering and clarifying, especially after such an emotionally intense week.

Business To Do

  • Start naming what’s changing for you. You don’t have to have a full plan. But you might find yourself saying things like, “I’m moving away from this type of work,” or “I want to focus more on this,” or “Next year, I don’t want my schedule to look like this anymore.”
  • Share honest reflections with your audience about lessons learned, things you’re no longer available for, or the values that are guiding your decisions as you grow.
  • On Sunday, pick one simple focus or experiment for the week ahead. Not something big just one small thing that feels aligned with the direction you now want your business to move in. Maybe it’s sharing more honestly in your content, adjusting your schedule, preparing to retire an offer, or giving more space to the kind of work that lights you up.

Inner Work and Magic To Do

  • In your art journal, create a small, symbolic page with an image that represent forward movement and expansion to you, like an arrow, a path, a lantern or a star. Choose imagery and colors and symbols and designs that represent the direction you’re choosing to lean toward in the new year.
  • Practice rituals that involve cleansing, blessing, and emotional support. Think baths, showers with intention, cups of tea or art journaling an altar.

HOW TO WORK WITH THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY IN YOUR BUSINESS

This is not a “go fast and get visible” kind of week. This is a “go deep, clear the past, listen closely, and let a new direction quietly reveal itself” kind of week. Think of it like a turning point where you’re being asked to clean up old emotional and energetic clutter so your business can grow from a steadier place next year.

In practical terms, your energy is best spent behind the scenes. This is a great week to review, rewrite, and refine rather than launch and promote. Go back over your website, your offers, your prices, your schedule, your client boundaries, your past launches. Ask yourself: Does this actually match who I am now? How does my body respond to this? Where something feels “off” or heavy, don’t ignore it. You don’t have to fix everything in one day, but simply noticing and making small edits or notes for future changes is powerful work right now.

Digest

Emotionally, this is a week for digesting what you’ve already lived through in your business. A lot of old feelings and patterns may be bubbling up such as times you felt disappointed, ashamed, unseen, underpaid, over-giving, or burned out. Instead of judging yourself for “still being stuck here,” assume familiar feelings of discomfort are arising because some deeper part of you is ready to finally process them. Give yourself space every day to feel and move those emotions: journal, art journal, cry, pray, talk to a friend, do a MAP session, walk outside and let your body move. Your inner work is not separate from your business work this week; it is your business work.

You’ll likely get sudden insights and clarity as the week goes on like little shocks of knowing about what’s no longer working, what you’re done tolerating, or what you actually want instead. Instead of reacting impulsively, I want you to treat these insights like important messages you write down and sit with. Open a note in your phone or a page in your journal called “Noticing” and keep a running list of the ideas, shifts, and changes that come to you. You don’t have to act on all of them yet. Just capture them. Let them simmer. Your future self will be grateful you did.

Opening and Lifting

Toward the end of the week, you might feel the energy start to lift and open. You may feel more hopeful, more curious, a bit more ready to think about where you’re heading. Maybe you decide, “I’m going to move toward fewer, deeper clients.” Or, “I’m going to give more space to my art in my marketing.” Or, “I’m done running my schedule like this.” Trust what you’re noticing.

From a magical perspective, this is a beautiful week for rituals of release and visioning. In your art journal, spend time honouring what you’re ready to let go of: old stories about your worth, old ways of working that hurt, old identities as “the one who never quite gets there.” Paint them, write them, tear them up, compost them on the page. Then, when you’re ready, invite in the first hints of where you want to go next such as one symbol, one word or one image that represents the kind of business and life you’re growing toward.

Focus on clearing, digesting, and telling yourself the truth about what has and hasn’t worked for you. Take care of your sensitive system so it feels safe enough to imagine a freer future. Choose small, aligned adjustments rather than big leaps. Trust that this quieter, deeper work is not you stalling; it’s you preparing the soil so that, when it’s time to move, you’re actually ready for what you’re calling in.

HOW THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY MIGHT AFFECT YOUR HIGHLY SENSITIVE NATURE

The emotional tone of these days is deep, watery, and changeable. You might feel heavier than usual at the start of the week. You might even feel slower, more tired, or more aware of old hurts and memories. Things you thought you’d “already dealt with” can float back up. You might notice yourself replaying old business experiences, old money fears, old relationship dynamics. That doesn’t mean you’re going backwards; it means your body and heart are doing another layer of digesting.

At the same time, there’s a thread of energy this week that speeds things up in your mind and your inner world. You might suddenly see something clearly that was foggy before like why you keep over-giving, or why a certain offer always leaves you drained, or why you’ve been undercharging. You might get flashes of insight or truth that are sharp and undeniable. That kind of clarity is a gift, but it can also be activating. Your thoughts might race and your sleep might be lighter. Your body might feel both tired and wired at the same time. If you notice yourself feeling jumpy, restless, or anxious for “no reason,” it may just be your sensitive system trying to keep up with the amount of emotional and spiritual information moving through you.

The Emotional Weather

Because you’re highly attuned, you’re not only processing your own stuff, you’re also picking up on the emotional weather of the collective and the people around you. This week, you might feel more porous than usual. You might feel sadness, frustration, grief, or overwhelm that doesn’t seem to be yours. You may sense that the people you love or the clients you serve are going through big internal shifts, even if they aren’t talking about it.

That can show up as sudden heaviness in your body, sudden waves of emotion, or the urge to hide or numb out. If that happens, don’t rush to make it mean something about your worth or your stability. Simply ask, “Is this mine?” and give yourself permission to gently hand back what doesn’t belong to you. I know. So simple but not always easy to remember to do.

If you’re feeling both the urge to retreat and the urge to run ahead, you are not making it up. You’re just feeling the full range of what this week is asking of you. Your job is not to pick one side; your job is to hold both parts of you.

So how do you care for your sensitive nature in all this? Slow down where you can. Expect to be a little more tender and build in extra space for rest, time alone, and emotional processing. Keep your days simpler and lighter when possible. Do small, concrete things that help your body feel held like warm drinks, blankets, baths, walks, hugs, art journaling with the moon or gentle movement.

You name what you’re feeling instead of pushing it down. Cry if you need to. Lean on your practices and your support systems and your friends and loved ones and lean on therapy, or modalities like the MAP Method, or your spirit allies and ancestors or whatever you have. And remind yourself, over and over, that being extra sensitive this week doesn’t mean you’re weak; it means you’re tuned in.

HOW THIS WEEK’S ENERGY MIGHT AFFECT YOUR CLIENTS OR CUSTOMERS

This week, the people you serve might quietly be going through a lot more than they’re saying out loud. Even if life looks “normal” on the surface, many of your clients or customers are feeling big internal shifts. They might be revisiting old hurts, rethinking old decisions, or questioning whether the way they’ve been living and working still fits who they are now. That can make them feel heavier, more emotional, or more tired than usual. They may be slower to respond, slower to commit, or more withdrawn on social media or in your connections but not because they don’t care. It’s because so much of their energy is being used to digest what’s already on their plate.

At the same time, there’s a part of them that’s waking up and craving more honesty and freedom. Your people might suddenly realize something isn’t working anymore like a job, a relationship pattern, a way of doing business or a way of treating their body. They might feel restless and ready for change but also scared or overwhelmed by what that might require. Inside, they’re trying to reconcile “I’m not okay staying the same” with “I’m not sure I’m ready to leap.”

Re-Evaluating Things

You might also notice more sensitivity around money, time, and boundaries. Your clients could be more cautious about spending, or more unsure about whether they can afford support even if they deeply want it. They may reschedule, need more information, or take longer to decide. Or, they might do the opposite and suddenly say, “I’m done waiting, I need this now,” and jump in quickly. Both patterns can show up this week. Underneath, many of them are re-evaluating what truly feels nourishing and sustainable versus what just looks good on paper. They’re trying to figure out where to invest their limited emotional and financial resources so they don’t keep repeating the same painful cycles.

On an emotional and spiritual level, the people you’re here to help may be feeling extra tender. Old shame, regret, or self-judgment can be close to the surface. They might be confronting memories of times they felt like they failed, were “too much,” or were not supported when they really needed it. This can make them more reactive or more avoidant. Some may pull back from coaching, healing work, or art practices because being with themselves feels intense. Others might reach out more than usual, craving reassurance, reflection, and safe spaces where they don’t have to hold everything alone. Either way, their nervous systems are doing a lot of behind-the-scenes work.

Lay It All Down

What does this mean for you as a business owner? It means your clients need you to be steady, spacious, and clear. This is a good week to soften your tone, simplify your messaging, and be generous about the emotional support and safety your work offers. Give people a little more time and room to make decisions. Normalize slowness, review, and course-correcting instead of pushing “now or never” energy. Share content that helps them feel seen in their confusion or heaviness.

This is also a beautiful time to be a mirror for their potential without bypassing their pain. You can hold both: “Yes, this is a lot… and yes, this could be an important turning point.” When you speak, write, or create, imagine you’re talking to someone who is standing at the edge of a big internal shift, holding the weight of their past in one hand and the pull of their future in the other. Let your work be a place where they can lay some of that weight down, see themselves more clearly, and start to trust that they’re allowed to grow in a way that actually feels safe and true for them.

HOW TO LEAD YOUR COMMUNITY IN THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY

This is a week to lead by being human first, expert second.

You lead best this week by being honest about the fact that things feel like a lot instead of pretending everything is easy or clear and smooth. You don’t have to share every detail of your process, but naming that there is a lot moving both internally and collectively can be deeply regulating for your community. It tells them they’re not failing or falling behind; they’re just responding to what’s really happening.

Practically, this is a beautiful week to slow the pace a little in how you show up. Instead of launching three new things or pushing hard for big outcomes, focus on creating spaces that feel grounding and supportive. That might look like a simple check-in email, a quieter social media post that acknowledges how people might be feeling, or a gentle live session where the goal is reflection or connection. You can invite your community to pause, breathe, and look at what they’re carrying in their own work and lives. When you model slowness and depth, you give them permission to trust their own need for slowness and depth too.

Support and Prompt

You can also lead by offering frameworks and questions, not answers. Your people are probably rethinking how they work, what they offer and what feels sustainable or doable next year. Instead of telling them exactly what to do, you can guide them with thoughtful prompts: “What are you done tolerating?”What feels heavy and outdated?” “If you could build a life around what truly nourishes you, what would change?” This helps them find their own clarity while still feeling held by your structure and presence.

Another way to lead well this week is to normalize emotional and energetic sensitivity. Talk openly about needing more rest, about feeling tired and wired at the same time, about holding both grief for what’s ending and hope for what’s beginning. When you do this, you’re not “oversharing”. You’re building a culture where sensitivity isn’t a flaw, it’s information. You can remind your community that it’s okay to shift plans, to change their minds, to update their offers or boundaries as they become more honest with themselves. You’re showing them that pushing through at all costs isn’t the way. You’re reminding them that a kinder, more gentle way means listening inside and adjusting accordingly.

Future Focus

Finally, you can lead by pointing toward the future without rushing it. You can speak about where you’re headed in a soft, invitational way: “Here’s the direction I’m moving in,” “Here’s what I’m exploring next,” “Here’s the kind of business I’m growing toward.” Offer them one simple step they can take with you if it feels right. Hold the vision that change is possible but keep the steps small and doable.

This week, your leadership is about walking beside your community as they lay old weight down and start to turn, slowly and bravely, toward a truer path.

How to Harness this Week’s Astrology in Your Art Magic to Grow Your Business

To work with this week’s energy in your art magic, I want to invite you into a simple two-page spread I’m calling “From Compost to Compass.”

One page is for everything you’re ready to release from your business past. The other is for listening to the first quiet hints of where you’re being called next. You don’t need fancy supplies for this. Use your art journal or blank paper, something to write with, and whatever pens, paints, or collage bits you already have.

On the first page, we’re creating your Compost Page.

Intention for this page:
“I am willing to see what I’m still carrying from my business past…and I’m willing to let it break down into something that can nourish my future.”

Ideas for imagery:

  • A big cauldron, compost heap, graveyard, pile of dead leaves, a garden in autumn or forest floor.
  • Collaged scraps, torn paper, scribbles, mud colours, water drips.
  • Maybe lines, roots, or worms and anything that says: this is breaking down, not being wasted.

Process ideas:

  • Write on scraps of paper (or directly in your journal) things you’re composting like:
    • “The launch that still haunts me”
    • “The client dynamic that hurt”
    • “The way I undercharged”
    • “The stories I still tell myself about why it didn’t work”
  • Let yourself free-write, then scribble, scratch out, tear, glue, paint over.
  • When you’re done, pour water (actual water drips or painted water) to symbolize tending the compost.
Compost

Think of this page as the place where you lovingly pile up everything that has run its course in your business. Start by giving the page a base that feels earthy or messy. You can draw or paint or collage a garden bed in autumn or use scribbles, torn paper, browns, blacks, deep colours, or even just a wash of water with whatever pigment you have. Don’t overthink it. This isn’t meant to be pretty. It’s more about the process then the end result.

Then, start naming what you’re ready to let go of. You can write directly on the page or jot things on little scraps of paper and glue them down. Let yourself be specific: old offers that drain you, ways you’ve undercharged, launches that still sting, people-pleasing patterns, money fears, visibility fears, “I’m not good enough” stories… whatever you know you’re tired of carrying. Let the page hold all of it.

I even like the idea of creating a bunch of dead or fall colored leaves and writing on each one then gluing them all over the page and even one on top of the other on the page as if you’re raking a pile of leaves and getting them ready for the compost.

Adding Details

As you write, imagine each word or phrase as something you’re adding to a compost pile. It’s not trash; it’s material that’s ready to be broken down and turned into something that will nourish your business in the future. You might want to cross some words out, layer paint or collage over them, or scribble on top to show they’re no longer in charge.

If emotions come up, let them. This page is where you tell the truth about what hasn’t felt good or sustainable in your business. Let yourself go to those deep places of shame, guilt, failure or fear if it feels appropriate.

When you’re done writing and layering, take a breath and place your hands on the page. You might silently say something like, “I offer these old stories and patterns to the compost. Let them break down and transform into something that can feed the next version of my work.”

Then close the journal for a moment, have a sip of water, and notice how your body feels. You don’t have to feel “done” but maybe you feel just a little more honest or emptied-out.

Compass

On the second page, we’re creating your Compass Page. This is where you gently listen for the first hints of a truer direction for your business. You’re not creating a full five-year plan here, just a clearer sense of where your heart wants to point next.

Page Two: The Compass

Intention for this page:
“Now that I’ve been honest about what’s over, I’m ready to hear the first clues about where I’m being called next.”

Ideas for imagery:

  • A compass, summer garden, arrow, road, horse, bird, stars, or open horizon.
  • Lighter colours, more air and space compared to the compost page.

Process ideas:

  • Ask a few questions:
    • “If I truly stop dragging that old story/strategy into the future, what becomes possible in my business?”
    • “What feels more honest, freer, more me in how I want to show up, sell, or serve now?”
    • “What am I curious to explore next even if I don’t know how it will work yet?”
  • Let images or words arise and place them on this page as:
    • Symbols (a doorway, microphone, tiny shop, book, etc.)
    • Short phrases (“deeper work, fewer people,” “art-led marketing,” “slow, sustainable income,” etc.)
Lighter Background

Start with a lighter background on this page to symbolize more space, air, and openness. You might leave more white showing, use softer or brighter colours, or add symbols that feel like horizon, movement, or guidance: an arrow, a path, a star, a doorway, a small sun or a bird in flight. Or maybe you paint or collage a lush garden to counterbalance the dead autumn leaves. Keep it simple. You’re not trying to force a big “vision board”; you’re just giving your intuition a place to speak.

Now, ask yourself a few gentle questions as you sit with this page: If I’m honest, what feels more true for me in my business now? What do I want less of? What do I want more of? If I didn’t have to drag my old stories with me, what kind of work would feel freeing and nourishing?

Write down words, short phrases, or tiny sentences that arise. They might be things like “fewer clients, deeper work,” “more time for art,” “no more last-minute projects,” “teaching groups instead of one-off sessions,” “working with people who respect my sensitivity,” “take my art seriously,” “steady income, gentle pace,” or anything else that feels like a direction your inner compass is pointing. Let these words sit alongside your symbols and images on the page. You can tuck them into little banners, write them along a path, or just scatter them around like guideposts.

Optional bridging piece

A line or symbol that connects both pages

To honour that compost and vision aren’t separate, you could:

  • Draw roots from the compost page that extend under the spine and grow into the compass page.
  • Or write one sentence across both pages, something like:

“From all that I’ve lived and released in my business so far, I now grow something more honest, magical, and free.”

When you feel ready, place your hands on both pages at once. Place one hand on the compost and one hand on the compass. Take a slow breath and imagine that everything you released on the first page is slowly becoming rich soil under your feet, and everything you wrote on the second page is like a small light on the horizon.

You might say something like, “I honour what I’m done carrying and what I’m growing toward. There is no need to rush. Keep facing this direction.”

Let that be enough. Close your journal knowing you’ve just done real energetic work for your business: you’ve cleared space, told yourself the truth, and given your future self a clearer, kinder path to follow.
