Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Year-End Review and Insights for Nov 10–16, 2025

In this post, I talk about the astrology for the week of November 10-16, 2025 and how it affects highly sensitive entrepreneurs. I also share three creative ways to do a year-end review for your business in your art journal.

INTRODUCTION

This week is the kind of week where the moon and stars are asking us to slow down or pause. We’re being invited to take a breath and really think about what we’re building. If you’re like me, you’re at that point in the year where you start looking ahead to the new year, dreaming into what you want to create in your business next, but right now the stars are saying, “Hold on. Let’s look back first.”

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Year-End Review and Insights for Nov 10–16, 2025There’s a slowing-down energy in the air, and it’s here to help you review both the little details (Mercury) and the big-picture vision (Jupiter). You might feel like your to-do list suddenly isn’t moving as fast as you want. You might feel unsure about timelines, goals, or even whether you still want the things you were aiming for a few months ago. That’s okay. This energy is asking you to rethink, reorganize, and reflect.

This is the kind of week where it’s wise to ask yourself: “Is this still the direction I want to go?

It’s a great time to go back over past notes, revisit an old plan, study your old art journal entries from earlier this year, or reread that dream you wrote down and ask yourself if it still lights you up the way it did then.

It’s also a good idea to notice the emotional part of your planning. How does your body feel about your goals now? Is your nervous system or emotional body ready for the changes you’re calling in?

Revisit and Review

In practical terms, this is a great week for reviewing your short- and long-term goals, tying up loose ends, editing what’s already in progress, checking in with clients or collaborators to make sure you’re all on the same page, and simplifying your offers or content. If something feels off in your messaging or how you’re communicating in your work then pause, review, and revise. This week supports that.

It’s also a week for honoring the sacred in slowness. Take time to do things with presence. Let your intuition lead. Check in with your body before saying yes. Reconnect with your why.

This isn’t a week to push forward at full speed. It’s a week to sit with your ideas, take stock, and make small meaningful adjustments before you move ahead again. There is power in pausing with purpose and this week is full of that kind of magic.

That’s why before we dive into the astrology highlights for this week, I want to share three creative ways you can do a year-end review for your business in your art journal.

Retrograde Energy

Mercury retrograde is great for revisiting the details including your habits, your calendar, your daily routines and your systems. It’s a chance to look at what’s working and what’s not in the small things that really add up in your business.

Jupiter retrograde, on the other hand, asks you to step back and reflect on the big picture. The bigger dreams. The long-term goals. The deeper meaning behind what you’re building. And because Jupiter is in a water sign, it’s also saying: “Hey, slow down long enough to let your emotions catch up with your ambitions.”

So pull out your art journal. Make some space to look back at what this year has asked of you and what it’s helped you become. This is practical planning and spiritual alignment. It’s nervous system care. It’s tending to your roots so you can grow in the right direction next year.

Three Creative Ways to Do a Year-End Business Review in Your Art Journal

These three simple page ideas are meant to help you reflect, listen to yourself, and get clear on what you want more of (and what you’re ready to let go of). But I want to be clear about something: you don’t have to do all of them.

This isn’t about ticking boxes or doing it perfectly. This is your art magic. Your business. Your process. You get to decide what feels right for you. If even just one of these page ideas feels exciting, start there. That’s more than enough. And if you’re in a place where you’re ready to dig a little deeper, go ahead and try them all or come back to them over time as you feel called.

And if you’re feeling overwhelmed or tired right now, hear this: you don’t have to do any of it if it’s too much. The magic is not in how many pages you create. The magic is in listening to yourself and honoring where you are. This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about co-creating with your soul, your business, and the moon and stars and trust me, none of them want you to feel anything but happy and well taken care of.

So go through the ideas I share here and see what sparks something in you. If something makes you exhale or feel a little tug of curiosity, that’s a good sign. Follow that. The rest? Let it go for now. You can always come back later.

This is your practice. Your sacred time. Let it support you, not stress you.

Two Gardens

Sometimes when we talk about reviewing the year, it can feel like a lot. Like you suddenly have to comb through everything you’ve done, everything you’ve planned, and everything that didn’t go the way you wanted it to and it can be overwhelming, especially when you’re already feeling tired or depleted.

So let’s simplify.

Instead of trying to review everything, let’s just get quiet and start with what’s still alive.

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Year-End Review and Insights for Nov 10–16, 2025On two pages of your art journal, draw a garden. On the first page, draw, paint or collage a garden that is dead or dying like a garden you might see in late fall.

On the second page, draw, paint or collage a garden that is flourishing like a garden you might see at the height of summer.

Reflect

Think about your business like a garden.

On the page that looks like a flourishing garden, explore these questions:

What’s still growing strong?

What feels like it has life and energy in it?

What am I still excited to nurture?

And on the page that looks like a garden in late fall, explore these questions:

What’s dried up or wilted in my business now?

What feels like it’s not feeding me anymore?

What’s not working the way I thought it would?

What did I try last year but decided it really isn’t me after all?

You don’t have to make any big decisions yet. The energy of this week is about pausing and feeling into things. It’s not about deciding just yet. You’re just working in your art journal to notice, sit with things, and let your feelings catch up to your plans while you listen to your body’s wisdom and trust what you’re sensing. Most importantly, remember: this isn’t about judgment. It’s about getting clear and connected, so that when it is time to move forward again, you’ll know where your energy truly wants to go.

Moon Review

Next, let’s work with the moon to review your business in 2025.

We’re going to look back on the new and full moons from the past year to better understand how your business and personal growth have moved with the lunar cycles. By visually collecting your intentions, actions, and emotional shifts for each moon, you will start to see meaningful patterns.

Start by creating two special pages in your art journal: one with a giant new moon as the centerpiece and the other with a giant full moon as the focal point of the page.

Then, if you don’t have a moon calendar for 2025, download and open up the 2025 moon calendar PDF I made for you. Click on the link here below:

Download Dana’s 2025 Moon Calendar Here

This calendar shows every new and full moon, the zodiac sign the moon is in each day, and whether the moon is waxing (building energy) or waning (releasing energy). It’s shaded to make that part easy to see at a glance so you’ll see white for the waxing moon and grey for the waning moon. You can use this calendar to help jog your memory or to guide your reflections.

Reflect

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Year-End Review and Insights for Nov 10–16, 2025Now, flip back through your journal pages from 2025 and especially the ones you made around the new and full moons.

What were your intentions for each new moon in 2025?

What were you calling in during the new moons?

What were you amplifying or clarifying for each full moon in 2025?

What were you releasing or letting go during the waning moons?

If you can’t find those journal pages or if you didn’t journal at the time, don’t worry. Just do your best to remember what was going on in your life and business during those times.

What were you dreaming about?

What were you focused on?

What were you trying to heal or shift or accomplish in your business or in your personal life?

Start collecting what you remember on the giant new and full moon pages you created in your art journal. You can write short notes or create little drawings or even collage images and words that represent what you were moving through.

The new moon page becomes a collage of your dreams, intentions, and business goals throughout 2025. The full moon page becomes a mirror of what came into fullness or what messages you received or what you needed to release.

Reflect

Once you’ve filled both moon pages, take a step back and look at what you created.

What themes stand out to you?

What patterns do you see in your dreams or in the things you had to let go of?

What keeps showing up again and again?

What were you really working on beneath the surface?

What dreams or goals stayed steady all year?

What dreams faded or changed?

What did you call in that actually came true?

What did you release that you’re proud of letting go?

What does this tell you about what really matters to you?

How has the moon helped you grow this year?

Where did you surprise yourself?

What do you want to carry forward and what do you want to leave behind?

This kind of lunar review is a gentle but powerful way to reflect. It helps you deepen your connection to the moon and get to know your own natural rhythms. Over time, you’ll start to see how your business moves with the moon and how your ideas, energy, and results follow a rhythm that’s not linear but cyclical and wise.

This isn’t about perfection or doing it “right.” This is about listening. About seeing yourself more clearly. And about honoring just how much you’ve grown.

Celebration List

A fun way to review the year in your art journal is to make a Celebration List. This is your chance to really honor yourself and your business. It’s a magical act of acknowledgment and one that we often skip because we’re so focused on what still needs to be done. But taking the time to celebrate what did happen is deeply healing and powerful. It helps your nervous system feel the truth of your progress. It gently reminds your inner critic that you did enough. And it helps you move into the new year from a place of wholeness, not lack.

To start, I want you to aim for a list of 22 to 25 things you did, created, survived, navigated, or showed up for in 2025, big or small. It might be a product you launched, a piece of art you made, a tough conversation you had, a moment you spoke your truth, a client you helped, a ritual you showed up for, or just the fact that you didn’t give up when things were really hard.

Here are some questions to help jog your memory:

What did I create this year that I feel proud of?

What challenges did I move through, emotionally or practically?

When did I take a brave step, even if it felt small at the time?

How did I show up for my clients or community in meaningful ways?

Where did I make a shift in how I see myself, my work, or my path?

What did I say YES to that moved me closer to the life or business I want?

What patterns did I interrupt or heal?

What sacred moments stood out this year in my spiritual or creative life?

What dreams did I start to believe in again?

You might have to look back at your calendar, journal, or social media to remember some of these things and that’s okay. Or just sit with your heart and ask, What am I proud of? Let yourself receive those memories like little gifts.

Once you have your list, don’t rush through it. I suggest pausing after each item. Take a breath. Let it land. You really did that. You really made it through. You really showed up in all those ways.

Creative Ways to Represent Your Celebration List

This doesn’t have to just be a written list (unless that’s what feels right). You can:

  • Draw or paint 22–25 stars or leaves or flowers so you have one for each thing you’re celebrating. Write each celebration inside or around the symbol.
  • Create a garland across your page and write each celebration on a banner or flag hanging from your garland.
  • Make a grid of little boxes and collage or doodle inside each one to represent the moment you’re celebrating.
  • Use one full spread in your art journal and just let your hand write freely all the things that deserve to be seen and acknowledged or just make a collection of doodled images across the page.

Whatever you choose, let it be a moment of sacred reflection. This is art magic, after all. You’re telling the story of who you’ve become and anchoring it in time, on paper, through ritual. You’re inviting your spirit and the moon and stars to witness your journey. And that matters.

Remember, you don’t have to get to 25 if it feels like too much. One thing is already enough. And if you feel inspired to do more, go for it. This is your art. Your business. Your magic. You get to decide how you honor your path. Just don’t skip the celebration part. You deserve to be proud of how far you’ve come.

Now let’s talk about the astrology for this week in a little more detail.

ASTROLOGY HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 10-16, 2025

Beginning of the Week

The moon is in its waning phase, which means it’s already a natural time for releasing, resting, and reflecting but now, on Tuesday, Jupiter, the planet of growth and expansion, is turning retrograde too. So instead of feeling momentum forward, you might want to check in with your deeper self before charging ahead.

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Year-End Review and Insights for Nov 10–16, 2025This is a great time to review your big goals. What were you aiming for this year? Does it still feel aligned? Do your dreams still light you up the way they used to? Are your emotions, your nervous system, and your energy on board with your big dreams, or are you pushing ahead just because you feel like you should? What do you actually want?

Business To Do:
Review your 2025 intentions. Look back at your notes, vision board, or art journal entries from earlier this year. Notice what’s still relevant and what feels outdated. You don’t have to make big decisions yet. Yust notice.

Clean up your calendar.

Clear space.

Lighten your load.

Inner Work and Magic To Do:
Reflect on your inner world. Do you have inner parts that are not yet on board with your business plans or dreams? How can you tend to them?

Pull a tarot or oracle card and ask, “What am I carrying that I don’t need to bring into 2026?”

Do a small releasing ritual. Write it down, burn it, bury it, or paint over it. Let something go.

Midweek

Wednesday might feel like a hot mess. Mercury (which rules our thoughts, planning, and communication) is retrograde and bumping up against fiery Mars. This creates a mental pressure cooker where overthinking, technology mishaps, short fuses, and miscommunication can happen.

This isn’t the time to push forward, have hard conversations, or make high-stakes decisions. Everything is just too sensitive and reactive. The energy is too volatile. Think wires crossed, email typos, delayed messages, short tempers. You might feel mentally fried. Someone might be trying to rush you into something and if this is the case, pause. Do not say yes until you’ve had time to think.

Business To Do:
Avoid launching, pitching, or finalizing big deals if you can.

Reschedule important meetings or conversations for another time when the energy is more supportive.

Triple check emails before sending.

Build empty space into your calendar for Wednesday and Thursday if you can.

If your to-do list feels overwhelming, cut it in half.

Reduce mental load in every way you can.

Inner Work and Magic To Do:
Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Year-End Review and Insights for Nov 10–16, 2025Protect your energy.

Ground or put your feet on the earth.

Cool your energy: splash cold water on your wrists, journal out what’s irritating you, or cast a calming spell in your art journal by drawing plants like lavender or chamomile.

Quiet your mind. Art journal about what feels mentally overloaded and ask, “What needs to be dismantled in my business, mindset, or schedule so I feel less burdened?”

End of Week

By the weekend, things start to ease. On Sunday, the sun in Scorpio has a beautiful relationship with Jupiter in Cancer and that brings a moment of emotional clarity, spiritual insight, and meaningful support. There’s a softness and a blessing here. It doesn’t fix everything, but it reminds you of why you do this work. You might feel more confident, more guided, or more emotionally anchored. There’s a sense of grace that returns.

You’re being supported. The work you’ve been doing to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters is working. It might even start to feel like the why behind your business is lighting back up again.

Business To Do:
Tap back into your why. Reconnect with the deeper purpose behind your business. Return to the stories, people, and vision that made you want to do this in the first place.

Write your mission statement again.

Update your “About Me” page from this new place of insight.

Inner Work and Magic To Do:
Celebrate your blessings even if they are still unfolding or they’re quietly happening in the background or still in progress.

Reflect on your values. Art journal about what feels deeply meaningful to you right now.

HOW TO WORK WITH THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY IN YOUR BUSINESS

The energy is quieter right now. It’s not pushing you to produce or launch or decide something big. It’s inviting you to pause and really listen to yourself.

So, what does that mean practically?

It means this week is not about starting a bunch of new things or pushing yourself through your to-do list. Instead, your energy is best spent reviewing and refining. Go back to something you started earlier this year like maybe a course you were planning, an idea you had for a new offer, or a marketing strategy you never fully finished. Ask yourself, Do I still want this? Is this still aligned with the business I’m growing into?

This is also a good time to look at your calendar for the rest of the year and ask: What do I actually have the capacity for? What can be simplified? What can be postponed or pared down? Don’t be afraid to say no or change your mind about something that no longer fits.

Asking Important Questions

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Year-End Review and Insights for Nov 10–16, 2025This week is also about reconnecting with what truly matters to you. Give yourself space to feel your emotions without needing to fix them. You’re being given time to check in with your heart and your body before moving forward. It’s helpful when your inner parts are on board with your goals, and that means creating safety and steadiness before you leap forward with anything.

If you’re doing any journaling or art magic this week, focus on reviewing the year so far. What worked? What didn’t? What have you outgrown? What are you still holding onto that you might need to release? Even just pulling out your old art journal pages or notes from earlier in the year and reflecting on them could reveal something important.

If things are moving slower than you expected them to be, you’re not stuck. You’re just being asked to slow down so you can feel more clearly what you want next. It’s a holding pattern that’s trying to help you build clarity and confidence from the inside out.

So be kind to yourself. Focus on the small but meaningful actions like the emails you’ve been putting off, the systems that need tweaking or the messages you want to rework. Don’t chase forward momentum. Settle into review, refinement, and rest. That’s where your power is this week.

HOW THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY MIGHT AFFECT YOUR HIGHLY SENSITIVE NATURE

When you’re highly sensitive, you often pick up on things before others do such as emotions, changes in energy, the subtle cues that something’s shifting. And this week, those cues are pointing inward. Mercury retrograde can scramble your thoughts or make it harder to get your words out clearly. You might feel foggy or like you’re forgetting things. Be gentle with yourself. It’s not about doing more. It’s about allowing yourself to do less, so you can hear the deeper messages rising up from within.

Jupiter retrograde in Cancer brings it deeper. It’s not just your thoughts being called into review, it’s your dreams and your big vision. You might feel unsure about what you’re working toward or wonder if the dream you were chasing still fits who you’re becoming. It’s okay to not have the answers yet. The retrogrades are asking you to sit with the questions.

Listening and Noticing

This week might also bring up feelings of pressure. Maybe you feel a pressure to keep up, to push ahead or to know exactly what you’re doing next. Remember that there’s wisdom in stillness. Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is pause and reflect.

So let this be a week of gentle review. Check in with your body, your energy, and your emotions. What feels heavy? What feels like it needs to shift? Where are you holding on too tightly? You don’t have to solve anything right now. You’re just listening. You’re just noticing. You’re being present with what’s true for you without needing to force it to change.

This is the kind of week where your journal, your art, your rituals and those quiet personal practices can hold you and eventually help point you in the right direction. They can help you make sense of the inner shifts you’re feeling. That’s how your next steps will become clear.

HOW THIS WEEK’S ENERGY MIGHT AFFECT YOUR CLIENTS OR CUSTOMERS

There’s a quiet undercurrent in the energy right now that’s asking people to pause, to reconsider, and to check in with their deeper needs. The people you’re here to serve might be rethinking their goals or feeling unsure about their next steps. That doesn’t mean they’re not interested or engaged. It just means they’re processing.

Weekly Astrology and Art Magic for Entrepreneurs: Year-End Review and Insights for Nov 10–16, 2025You might notice this in subtle ways. Someone who was excited to book a session might suddenly go quiet. A client who was gaining momentum might pull back a bit. Someone might email you with lots of questions but not be ready to commit. None of this is a sign that you’re doing anything wrong. It’s simply that they, too, are being invited to slow down, feel into their direction, and get honest with themselves about what’s working and what isn’t.

Steady Energy

If your work touches emotional, spiritual, or healing spaces (which I know so many of ours do), your people might be feeling raw or extra tender. They might need more reassurance. They might need more space. They might need more time before they’re ready to move forward. Try not to take it personally. Their process is unfolding and your grounded, steady energy is part of what helps them stay with it instead of rushing past it.

It’s a great week to check in with past clients. Maybe send a loving note or create a nurturing post that validates what they might be feeling. Let them know it’s okay to take their time, to change their minds, or to reimagine what they need.

Above all, remember this: if business is slower than usual (which may or may not be the case for you) or you feel a lull, your people aren’t disappearing. They’re just in a reflective season. And that’s part of the cycle too.

HOW TO LEAD YOUR COMMUNITY IN THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY

This week, you’re being called to lead by modeling what it looks like to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. You don’t need to be “on” in the way the world usually expects leaders to be. Instead, you can lead by being attuned, intentional, and emotionally grounded.

Your community might be feeling a little scattered, sensitive, or uncertain right now. This week’s energy brings a lot of inward focus. People are revisiting their plans, second-guessing their decisions, or feeling like they need to slow down and rethink things. You get to be the steady lighthouse in that energy so be someone who is not rushing or pushing them but instead is gently guiding them back to themselves.

You can normalize the slowdown, validate uncertainty and speak openly about the value of pausing to reflect before moving forward. You can show your people that rethinking your path or pulling back for a moment doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re wise enough to check in with your deeper truth before you act.

Creating Safety

You also lead by offering structure without pressure. A reflective question. A gentle journal prompt. A short post reminding them that it’s okay to not have clarity yet. These are the kinds of things that make a big difference this week. They create safety and help your audience stay connected not just to you, but to their own intuition.

And finally, you lead by living the rhythm yourself. If you’re taking time to review your year, or sitting with a decision instead of rushing it, or pulling back to give your nervous system a break, share that.

This week, your magic as a leader is in how you hold space. How you listen. How you show up slowly, softly, but consistently.
