Receiving Comfort and Reassurance with the Taurus Full Moon
In this post, I talk about the astrology for the week of November 3-9, 2025 and how it affects highly sensitive entrepreneurs. I also share ideas on how to receive comfort and reassurance with the Taurus full moon.

INTRODUCTION
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it must have been like for my grandparents and great-grandparents to live through so many changes. Some of them would’ve been born into a world where horses were the main way to get around, and by the time they were elders, there were cars everywhere, fridges in kitchens, and electricity in every home. Imagine going from candlelight and wood stoves to electric lights and appliances. That’s not just a shift in convenience. That’s a whole reorientation of how life feels, how time moves, and how you relate to the world around you.
It didn’t happen overnight. It was a slow transformation and a transition that would’ve required them to adapt, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually too. I wonder what it was like to live through that… Did some people love every new invention and leap into the future with excitement? Were others terrified of what it all meant? Were there people who protested against cars or warned of the danger of electricity? What kinds of conversations were happening around kitchen tables back then? Who had access to these new advancements, and who didn’t?
I think about the class divides, the fears, the wonder, and the unknowns they must have navigated, just like we’re navigating now.
What will it be like?
Because we are in a similar moment. I have this image in my mind: one day I’ll walk into a grocery store and there’ll be robots shopping beside me, holding tomatoes and checking if they’re ripe. And I’ll stop and think: We’re here now? And the truth is, I like technology. I’d love a robot. Anyone who knows me well knows I’d love a robot buddy. But I don’t trust what humans tend to do with technology. Not yet. We’re not emotionally or spiritually evolved enough, not as a collective, to be creating machines that are safe and loving and aligned with nature. We still have too much healing to do. Too much unlearning. We haven’t earned those toys.
It breaks my heart, honestly. Because I can imagine a world where technology is created by people who deeply care about each other and about the Earth. I can picture robots built with love, helping elders in their gardens or working with farmers who are growing food sustainably or my robot buddy doing the dishes for me so I can create. But right now, we’re putting more money into building weapons than building community. And with Pluto settling into Aquarius for the next twenty years, I feel nervous. The dark side of innovation feels close. And as a deep feeler and as someone with a sensitive soul who can’t look away, I feel the hurt that humans cause each other and nature. The grief and rage of it all is sometimes too much for one body to hold.
A Wave of My Wand
If I had a magic wand, I’d curse the billion-dollar baboons who have the ability to ignore suffering. I’d make it so they feel everything, just like the most sensitive souls in the world do. They wouldn’t be able to ignore it. The pain and suffering would matter because they would feel deeply how much it matters. It wouldn’t escape them.
But my magic wand isn’t that strong yet.
So instead, I offer this to the rest of us for now: the moon and stars. They’re still here. Their rhythm hasn’t changed. They are the constant we can return to. And art journaling with them, even for just 20 minutes a day, is how I co-regulate with something bigger, older, and wiser than this chaotic world. It’s how I pray and ground myself and soothe my nervous system and find my center. And I want to remind you, because you’re probably holding so much too, that it is okay to feel it all. But you don’t have to carry it alone. Let the moon hold some of it for you. Let the stars help you remember your place in the great turning of time. Let your art journal catch some of the grief and beauty you’re holding in your heart.
An Art Spell for You
This week, I also created an art spell with a guided audio journey to offer comfort and reassurance during the Full Moon in Taurus. As the events in the world continue to feel unstable and unpredictable, I made it to offer a small dose of comfort and soothing. It’s not an answer but hopefully it’s a cozy blanket you can crawl under every now and again when the world feels like too much. It will be delivered to everyone on my mailing list on Wednesday so keep an eye out for that.
This week we greet the full moon in Taurus and Taurus is a beautiful energy to work with when you want to comfort and soothe yourself. It helps to reconnect with simplicity, stillness, and safety. Taurus moons are slow and steady. They ask us to breathe deep, find our footing, and enjoy the pleasures of the present moment. This full moon reminds us that despite all the chaos, there is beauty to hold. There is magic in the ordinary. There is healing in putting your hands on the earth, lighting a candle, eating something nourishing, or making something beautiful with your hands. Small comforts matter. The Taurus full moon helps us come home to our bodies. It helps us slow down. That’s what this art spell is for. A moment of anchoring. A portal of peace.
A Reminder
So if you’re feeling overwhelmed by the future, or by how fast the world is changing, or by the ache of being someone who cares too much in a world that doesn’t seem to care enough, I hope you know you’re not alone. This is why I art journal with the moon, make these spells and why I try to show up every week for you.
We’re not powerless. We’re sensitive. And that sensitivity is a gift we can still use to make magic even under these chaotic circumstances.
Let’s do that together this week.
ASTROLOGY HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 3-9, 2025
Beginning of the Week
We begin the week with an invitation to listen closely to your intuition and then move from that place. On Monday, Mars in Scorpio forms a supportive connection with Neptune in Pisces, which creates a beautiful atmosphere for divinely guided action. It’s the kind of energy where if you pause long enough to feel what you’re meant to do next, you’ll know. This isn’t about charging ahead blindly. This is about letting your inner wisdom take the lead and then putting it into action or letting your intuition help you make the decisions you need to make at the beginning of the week. On Monday, do what you feel nudged to do and let your intuition choose your actions.
Monday To Do:
- Tune into your intuition before making business decisions.
- Let your creativity lead your content: write, speak, or create from what inspires you most right now.
Then on Tuesday, the energy shifts. Mars moves into Sagittarius and immediately opposes Uranus in Gemini. This brings in a jolt of electricity or a sudden burst of momentum, creativity, or even rebellion. Things might feel a little unpredictable, and you may feel a sudden urge to break out of routines or push back against expectations. This energy can feel liberating if you’re craving more freedom, but it can also stir restlessness or impulsive behavior so just pay attention to how you feel on Tuesday. If you feel like doing anything impulsive, take a moment to pause and think it through.
Tuesday To Do:
- Try something new in your business even if it’s just a small change.
- Push against the “shoulds.” Ask yourself where you have been holding back to stay safe.
- Express more of your true self in your business.
- Cast a spell for confident visibility.
- Journal with your Sagittarius house for insight on where your energy is meant to grow next.
Midweek
We move into a soft but powerful portal of receiving. Wednesday brings a Full Moon in Taurus, and this one is rich with the kind of energy that brings you back into your body and soothes your nervous system while also helping you think long-term about building a sustainable, beautiful life and business. Taurus is the sign of steady growth and of building slowly over time and trusting that small steps done consistently will lead to big results. This full moon might illuminate for you the rhythms and routines in your life that hold the secret to your future success.
There’s also a tenderness to this moon. It’s ruled by Venus, who is now in Libra, creating an atmosphere of peace, harmony, and a willingness to work together. The moon’s connection to Jupiter in Cancer on Thursday adds warmth, hope, and a longing for community and connection. This is a moon that wants you to feel supported not just in business, but emotionally and spiritually too. It wants you to ask: What am I building, and who am I building it for? Where can I give more, share more, or receive more from the people who truly care?
The themes of nourishment and growth that this full moon is activating is also asking us to consider what kind of legacy we’re creating. Think about the slow, steady rhythms that will support your future self and the legacy you’re leaving behind. What are the small actions you can commit to now that will bring abundance later and will continue to bring abundance for generations to come?
Wednesday To Do:
- If you’re on my mailing list, check your inbox early Wednesday morning and download the PDF, print off the coloring page, access the 60 minute audio journey that accompanies it and complete the “Art Spell for Receiving Comfort and Reassurance with the Full Moon in Taurus”
- Let your full moon ritual be soft and grounded. Think candles, warm tea, and cozy art journaling.
- Spend time reflecting on your long-term business vision. Journal or create an art page about what steady progress looks like for you.
- Create a “Do It for Future Me” list of simple, repeatable business actions you want to commit to.
On Thursday, Venus also moves into Scorpio, bringing a deeper, more intimate tone to your relationships and this applies to the ones in your business as well. You may find yourself reevaluating who belongs in your inner circle. There’s nothing wrong with changing your mind. Honor who feels safe and who doesn’t feel safe anymore.
Finally, on Thursday, Mars in Sagittarius connects with Pluto in Aquarius, helping you focus your energy in a powerful and productive way. If there’s something you’ve been wanting to do but haven’t had the energy or courage for, you’ll probably have the energy, passion and motivation to do it today.
Thursday To Do:
- Revisit how and when you create and schedule content or your client schedule. How could these areas of your business be reorganized so it feels easier on you and your body?
- Consider the emotional boundaries in your business. Are there relationships worth deepening? Which ones need to be reconsidered?
End of the Week
By the end of the week, we’re entering a much slower rhythm. Venus in Scorpio has a tense relationship with Pluto in Aquarius on Friday, which can bring intensity in relationships and might stir up buried feelings around power, control, or betrayal, especially in business partnerships or collaborations. If something feels off in a partnership or a collaboration, this might be the time it surfaces and wants to be dealt with. Trust what comes up.
Also on Friday, Uranus retrograde slips back into Taurus, revisiting territory it’s already shaken up. Pay attention to what resurfaces here especially around money, values, and how you want to build your life and business. This is about rebuilding your foundations so they support the person you’re becoming.
Sunday, Mercury stations retrograde in Sagittarius. This is a big one, and its effects ripple out over the next few weeks. When Mercury hits the brakes like this, it’s not a time to rush. It’s a time to review. Your dreams and plans might need edits. You might notice tech issues, missed emails, or scheduling hiccups on the day Mercury stations retrograde but you’ll also receive new insights if you slow down and reflect.
Time to Pause
With Jupiter (the ruler of this Mercury retrograde) also slowing down to station retrograde just a few days later, we’re being asked to pause and make meaningful adjustments before we move forward. As you consider major projects you’re working on, go back over the details and use this time to look back and edit or revise instead of pushing forward. This energy is about pausing and reviewing and adjusting before moving forward and this includes adjusting your inner world. Slow down and feel into things. Review the past. Do you have parts of you that aren’t yet on board with your dreams and goals? How can you tend to them and do the inner work needed to get your nervous system and all your inner parts on board with the visions of growth you have for yourself and your business.
Friday – Sunday To Do:
- Don’t launch anything new just yet if you can help it. Hold space instead for deep reflection.
- Review your recent decisions and communications. Did anything get missed or misunderstood?
- Look back at old goals or dreams you’ve put aside. Do any of them still call to you?
- Spend time in your art journal asking: What does my soul want me to revisit, review or revise before I move forward?
- Go slow on purpose.
- Cast a spell or do some subconscious healing work to get your inner parts on board with your long term dreams and goals.
HOW TO WORK WITH THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY IN YOUR BUSINESS
This week imagine reaching from your center toward something you truly care about. There’s inspiration available if you slow down enough to hear it so make sure you pause, feel, and listen. You might notice ideas stirring and some might be bold, some surprising, and some maybe even a little scary. Don’t dismiss them. This week is about catching the whispers of your future self and giving them a chance to breathe. I love when I have a chance to get to know my future self a little more and this week is one of those times.
It’s also a week to reconnect to your bigger why. Why are you doing this? What are you building long term? What actually matters to you right now and not what mattered last year, or even last month, but now?
It’s a week to make slow, aligned moves. Review your offers, your pricing, your content, or your schedule and ask: Is this still working for me? Is this still what I want to be doing? And if the answer is no, it’s okay to plan changes, even if you’re not ready to act just yet. You don’t need to burn it all down. Just notice where the shift wants to happen and give yourself permission to move in that direction slowly over time.
Full Moon Vibes
With the full moon energy, you’re being supported to do things in a steady, consistent way so not rushing, but returning again and again to the small actions that matter. That could look like finally making peace with a new rhythm in your content creation or recommitting to a simple habit that brings you closer to your goals, like reaching out daily in some way to your clients or customers or checking in regularly with your audience, or showing up in a way that feels nourishing instead of depleting. Think less about doing more, and more about doing what actually feeds your future. What can you do this week that your future self will thank you for?
Emotionally, there’s some soft but powerful healing energy around, especially when it comes to relationships and belonging so it’s a good time to connect with your people, both personally and professionally. Set boundaries where you need to. Say the kind thing when you can. Remind your audience who you are and what you stand for. Share a story that brings them closer to you. If you’re feeling tender or unsure, remember: your clients are probably feeling it too.
Care and Comfort
Magically speaking, the full moon energy midweek wants to show you something about the power of slow, steady growth. Don’t underestimate what you’ve already been doing. Light a candle, pull a card, or create a simple art spell to anchor your intentions for growth in your business and in yourself. Ask yourself: What am I building slowly and steadily over time that will make my life or business sweeter down the road?
Focus your magic this week on being consistent with care. How can you care for your body, your time, your boundaries, and your business while growing and expanding?
HOW THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY MIGHT AFFECT YOUR HIGHLY SENSITIVE NATURE
At the heart of the week is the full moon in Taurus, and for sensitive souls, this can be a gift. Taurus is earthy, steady, and deeply connected to comfort, beauty, and the physical world. And that’s exactly what many of us need right now. When the world feels unpredictable or overstimulating, the energy of this full moon is like a soft weighted blanket that reminds us to slow down, breathe deep, and return to what soothes and grounds us. It’s a beautiful time to reconnect to your body and remember that your body has wisdom too. It’s safe to rest, to tend to your nervous system and to ask: What brings me ease? What routines support me? What daily rhythms and routines feel doable or sustainable?
Slow Down
You might feel more aware of your need for stability, comfort, or even simplicity in your business and life. Remember, that’s not laziness or resistance. That’s your system telling you something important. It’s okay if you want to work slower. It’s okay if you have less capacity than you used to and you have to adjust things. And if you’re craving warmth, stillness, or the company of people who feel like home, that’s okay too. This full moon brings healing through presence, connection, and consistency. You don’t have to do anything fancy to feel the benefits. You can do simple things like prepare a nourishing meal, clean a corner of your home and enjoy it, tend to your finances with care, or spend time doing something steady and repeatable (like the coloring art spell). Any of that can be a full moon ritual in itself.
The full moon might also illuminate what needs to shift to help your business feel more aligned with your heart and soul. Pay attention to what you’re drawn to right now. Are you craving more connection? More time for your creative work? More steadiness in your income or schedule? Let yourself consider what slow, lasting success could mean for you. What kind of success feels like you. The kind that lets your body exhale.
HOW THIS WEEK’S ENERGY MIGHT AFFECT YOUR CLIENTS OR CUSTOMERS
Many of your clients might feel a stronger need for comfort or reassurance this week, even if they can’t quite name it.
The energy this week is amplifying their longing to feel stable, secure, and connected. If you notice someone moving more slowly, being quieter than usual, or needing extra time to make decisions, try to meet them there with patience and presence.
They might also be rethinking what matters, revisiting their priorities, or realizing something that’s no longer aligned for them. This can feel tender and vulnerable, so offering spaces where people feel seen, held, and safe to explore will go a long way.
Keep it Simple
You may also find that your people are craving a slower, more nourishing pace. They might be looking for leaders and guides who model ease and comfort instead of urgency. Soften your own pace. Create calm containers. Emphasize simplicity and consistency over pressure or hustle.
On the more surprising end of things, there’s also a wave of restlessness coming in. Some people might suddenly want to make big changes, pull away from expectations, or take a leap into something new. It might come out of nowhere. But it’s likely fueled by a desire for more freedom, more truth, or more alignment with who they really are. If you’re a coach, healer, or creative guide, you can support this energy by helping them explore those longings in safe, grounded ways. Ask the deeper questions. Help them feel into the future they want to create. Validate their desire for change, while gently encouraging them to listen for clarity, not just urgency.
HOW TO LEAD YOUR COMMUNITY IN THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY
So how can you show up and lead in your business this week? Slow down a little. Center your offerings around emotional safety and nervous system support. Speak to the desire for lasting, steady success and not quick fixes. Remind your audience that they don’t need to do more to be worthy. And if you’re sensing it’s time for your work or message to evolve, trust that too.
This is a powerful week to align with what you really want to offer and how you want to care for the people who come to you.
