Planting Seeds of Intention with the Libra New Moon

 In this post, I talk about the astrology for the week of October 20-26, 2025 and how it affects highly sensitive entrepreneurs. I also share an art spell for planting seeds of intention with the new moon in Libra.

INTRODUCTION

I am loving the energy we’re working with this week. In fact, despite my overbooked schedule, I couldn’t help but create an art spell to help you work with this energy because it’s too good to waste.

This Libra new moon is a beautiful time to plant seeds for the relationships you want to build in your business, the collaborations you’d love to call in, and the kind of ease and elegance you’d like your business to operate with. It’s relational, but not just with others. It’s also about planting seeds of intentions for your relationship with yourself, your goals, your vision, and even your business as a living being.

So ultimately, this is a great week to plant seeds of intention in your art journal to grow your business.

WHY THIS IS SUCH A GREAT MOON FOR PLANTING SEEDS OF INTENTION

This new moon in Libra is one of those precious moments that feels like the universe is saying, go ahead, you’re clear to move forward so let’s get a sense of why this is such a great new moon to work with.

It’s ruled by Venus, who is also at home in Libra right now which is one of her favorite signs to be in, so Venus’ energy is loving and supportive. She’s at her best and when she’s at her best in the sign of Libra she is relational, artistic, and fair. She wants to create beauty, peace, and connection. She’s also visible in her morning star phase which means she’s strong, confident, and ready to help you move ahead with what matters most to you.

With this beautiful new moon, the Libra part of your chart is getting a refresh, and you’re being invited to start something new there or consider what will bring more balance, beauty, or right relationship into your life and business.

Think about what a “fresh start” means for you right now.

Is there a relationship that needs renewing? A conversation that needs to happen so things can move forward? A collaboration, offering, or creative idea that wants to come alive?

Libra energy loves communication, compromise, and cooperation, so this is the perfect time to open up dialogue with others, with your business, or even with Spirit about how you want to grow together moving forward.

HOW JUPITER IS HELPING THE NEW MOON

Neither Mars nor Saturn are interfering with this new moon which symbolizes there are no blocks, no red lights and no heavy restrictions. In ancient astrology, those planets often indicate friction, limits, constrictions, frustrations or obstacles but right now, they’re not in contact with the moon or the sun. That means you can move forward freely. You can trust that what you begin now has a smooth, open road ahead.

There’s also a lingering blessing from Jupiter, the planet of expansion and support. Just before the new moon, the moon connects with Jupiter in Cancer, and that energy of generosity and protection is still in the air when the new moon becomes exact. It’s like the soil you’re planting your seeds of intention in is being given an extra boost by Jupiter in Cancer who is full of kindness, care, and the desire to protect what’s sacred. There’s also an invitation here to do things that help you and your loved ones feel safe, supported, and abundant.

VENUS ADDING MORE SWEETNESS

And Venus herself is soon going to have a relationship with Jupiter as well so that upcoming energy is also lingering in the air. Venus and Jupiter together like this brings more sweetness, more potential for joy, beauty, creativity, and connection.

With Jupiter and Venus being in the kind of relationship they will be in near this new moon, there is also a caution not to overextend or over-give but overall this is an energy of abundance and of having so much love and support that it naturally wants to spill over and bless other things and people in your life too.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start something new, this is it. This is your green light. A moment to refresh your commitments, rekindle your enthusiasm, and move forward with clarity and purpose. This is a new moon for setting intentions that are rooted in what you value most and for trusting that what you plant now has the support of the moon and stars behind it.

ASTROLOGY HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 20-26, 2025

As you can see, this week starts with a sense of fresh momentum and possibility with the new moon, and I can’t help but feel how supported we are right now.

SCORPIO SEASON

Then on Wednesday, the sun slips into the watery depths of Scorpio and we enter a new season. This is where things start to feel more magical, a little more mysterious, and a whole lot more emotionally rich. Scorpio energy asks you to get honest with yourself.

What’s been hidden?

What needs to be felt, healed, or reclaimed?

As entrepreneurs, Scorpio season a great time to get really intimate with your truth and be willing to look at what’s underneath your success patterns especially the ones around money, power, or visibility. It’s also a time to remember that you don’t have to do it all alone. You have support, both seen and unseen.

DREAMING BIG WITH THE MOON

The moon joins the party by moving into Sagittarius on Wednesday as well, and I have to say that a waxing moon in Sagittarius is one of my favorite energies to work with. It’s optimistic. Expansive. Forward-looking. It opens doors and reminds you that your dreams are allowed to be BIG. Sagittarius brings that beautiful blend of wisdom and wild hope. It says, “What if it all works out?” and sometimes we really need that question to guide our next step. This is a great time to cast spells for growth, expansion, publishing, teaching, travel, or reaching more people with your message.

Also on Wednesday, Neptune retrograde moves back into the sign of Pisces, leaving Aries behind for now. And this shift brings us back into the realm of dreams, imagination, and spiritual depth. Neptune in Aries was starting to awaken the individual and ask, “What is my divine mission?” but Neptune back in Pisces invites you to rest in the mystery, to float a while in the ocean of your soul. There’s softness here again. The kind of energy where your dreams speak to you, not in clear language, but in symbols, colors, and feelings. This is perfect for working in your art journal. Let your creativity and your imagination be the way Spirit speaks to you this week.

SWEET ENERGY

By the time we reach Friday, the stars offer another blessing: Mercury in Scorpio has a happy relationship with Jupiter in Cancer. This is such a sweet, supportive energy for communication, planning, writing, and understanding. If there’s a conversation you’ve been waiting to have, this is a great time to have it. It’s when we can put words to emotions and when we’re more open to getting where someone else is coming from because we finally understand the backstory.

Mercury in Scorpio helps you speak with depth, while Jupiter in Cancer helps you receive with care. This is also great energy for anything practical like signing agreements, raising your prices, teaching, or publishing. It’s a “say yes to your gifts” kind of day. It’s a “book the trip, launch the offering, submit the manuscript” kind of day.

Then on Saturday, Mercury has another happy relationship but this time to Saturn in Pisces, and this is when your dreams meet structure. There’s a sense of clarity, maturity, and thoughtful planning. You’re able to take what you’ve imagined and give it real shape. If you’ve been waiting for a moment to lock something in, sign the paperwork, finalize an agreement, or send off something official, this is a green light from the universe. This energy helps you be wise with your time and energy and it helps you think practically, act intentionally, and trust that you’re making sustainable progress.

So overall, this week is full of gentle momentum. The kind that doesn’t rush you but definitely invites you to move forward with purpose. It’s a week where Spirit is close, support is strong, and you’re reminded that your dreams are valid, beautiful, and worthy of tending to even when it’s one meaningful step at a time.

HOW TO WORK WITH THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY IN YOUR BUSINESS

As you can see, this week, the moon and stars are giving you the green light.

Your job is to say yes.

MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

Give yourself time to journal, dream, and set intentions. Light a candle. Cast an art spell. Get clear about what you’re inviting in. Libra is ruled by Venus, who is in her own sign right now and very supportive so this is also a time to think about beauty, pleasure, and flow in your business.

What would it look like to build your business in a way that feels beautiful on the inside, not just on the outside?

What do you actually want now? Not what you used to want. What’s true for you today?

Once you get that clarity, treat it like a seed. Don’t try to force it to bloom. Just plant it with care and trust it will grow when and how it is meant to.

MIDWEEK

The sun enters Scorpio. Scorpio helps you go deep and get real with yourself so this is a great time to look honestly at what’s been holding you back especially emotionally. The moon also moves into the sign of Sagittarius which helps you aim high and take inspired action. I love using this kind of energy to reconnect with your big dreams. Sagittarius says, Remember the vision. Move toward it.

Also on Wednesday, Neptune retrogrades back into Pisces, which is a beautiful shift for intuitive entrepreneurs. It softens the energy. It makes space for the mystical. If you’ve been feeling overly mental or stressed, let your spirit lead the way again. Don’t forget to make business decisions from your inner knowing. Create space for dreaming, imagining, channeling, and receiving. You don’t have to figure all your business problems out with your mind.

FRIDAY TO SUNDAY

By the end of the week, things get practical. On Friday, it’s an excellent energy for communication, writing, teaching, booking, pitching, scheduling, launching, or having meaningful conversations. If there’s something you’ve been waiting to share with your audience or someone important in your business, this is a great day to do it. You’re supported in speaking from the heart with clarity and wisdom. It’s also a great time to receive guidance, especially from someone who has more experience than you or can help you see the bigger picture. Think emotionally intelligent decisions. Think: I understand now. I see the whole story. I know how to move forward.

Then on Saturday, Mercury trines Saturn, helping you lock things in. This is an ideal time to create structure around the dreams you’ve been naming all week. Think practical magic. Think systems, outlines, paperwork, plans, commitments. This is when the practical pieces want your attention. Organize your ideas. Get your schedule clear. Write the thing. Finalize the plan. Book the thing. Send the email. Sign the form. It’s a good time to be clear, grounded, and intentional with your energy. This is when you sit down and turn the dream into something you can actually carry. This is about grounding your vision into form. The kind of action you take under this influence has the potential to last.

So here’s where to focus your energy this week:

• Monday–Tuesday: Reflect, reset, and cast your new moon spell.
• Wednesday–Thursday: Tap into deeper truth and bigger vision. Reconnect with what you’re really here to do. Let your spiritual self lead.
• Friday–Saturday: Take clear, grounded action. Finalize details, write or teach something meaningful, or get things organized. It’s a great time to sign contracts, send offers, and bring something official to life.

HOW THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY MIGHT AFFECT YOUR HIGHLY SENSITIVE NATURE

If you’re highly sensitive like I am, this week’s energy might stir up a mix of feelings and some will be exciting and expansive while others might be a little overwhelming. There’s a strong forward motion in the air, a sense that it’s time to begin again and finally say yes to the next phase of your business. That can feel so good… but also a little unsettling. Because growth, even the beautiful kind, can still bring up fear, doubt, and resistance especially when you’re someone who feels everything deeply and has a history of trauma.

The positive energy this week might make you feel hopeful and ready. You might feel a spark you haven’t felt in a while. You might finally be able to see a clear path ahead. That’s the gift of this kind of momentum. It helps you believe in what’s possible. But if that hope comes with pressure or inner voices that say, “Now you have to do it all perfectly,” I want you to remember something: you’re allowed to go at your own pace. Just because the doors are open doesn’t mean you have to rush through them. You can walk, tiptoe and pause and check in with yourself every step of the way.

CLARITY AND MOVING FORWARD

This week’s energy might also help you feel more emotionally clear than usual. That clarity can be empowering. It can be like suddenly understanding why something wasn’t working and what to do next. But for some of us, it might also highlight what still needs to change. You might feel a little raw or exposed, especially if you’ve been holding onto something that’s ready to be released. Let that be okay. This isn’t about forcing yourself to be “better” or “more productive.” It’s about noticing what’s shifting, being kind to the parts of you that are scared and moving forward with support and self-trust.

One of the things I love about this kind of energy is that it reminds us that healing and growth don’t have to be heavy. They can be joyful, guided by love and inspired by beauty, art, connection, and a sense of purpose. So lean into what feels good to you this week and trust your creative urges. Listen to your spirit. Let your sensitivity be your compass. It’s always pointing you toward what’s real and meaningful.

You don’t have to do everything “right” this week. You just have to do it as you. That’s more than enough.

HOW THIS WEEK’S ENERGY MIGHT AFFECT YOUR CLIENTS OR CUSTOMERS

This week, your people including your clients, customers, students, or community, might be feeling a lot of forward motion too, just like you are. They might be feeling a desire to begin again, move forward, or clarify what they really want. It’s a beautiful time for connection and co-creation, but it’s also a time when they might be needing you to hold steady and reflect their own magic back to them especially if they’re still finding the courage to claim it.

They may be more open to your work right now. They might feel drawn to your words or offerings without fully understanding why. That’s the beauty of this new moon energy. It stirs the heart and awakens the soul’s desire for harmony, beauty, growth, and meaningful relationships. They’re craving resonance. They’re looking for people and spaces that help them feel seen, supported, and aligned with who they’re becoming.

READY FOR GROWTH BUT STILL NEEDING SUPPORT

At the same time, this energy might also stir old fears or doubts around being worthy of what they want, or around having the kinds of conversations and relationships that allow them to move forward. Don’t be surprised if some of your clients show up with hesitation or vulnerability this week. That doesn’t mean they aren’t ready. It just means they need a safe space to land while they take the next step.

If you hold space for others in your business, this is a beautiful week to reach out, offer clarity, create invitations, or help your people make decisions that align with their deeper truth. Think about where your work helps people feel more like themselves. Think about the parts of your work that support people in believing in their own path again. That’s what they’re needing from you right now.

This week, the people you’re here to serve are asking (even silently) for reassurance, clarity, beauty and simplicity. They’re ready for growth. They’re looking for alignment.

Your magic is exactly what they need.

HOW TO LEAD YOUR COMMUNITY IN THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY

This week, leadership looks like clarity. It looks like being able to say, “This is what I want,” and taking a real step toward it. Not ten steps. Just one step that actually moves things forward.

There’s support in the energy this week to be intentional, strategic, and brave but not in a forceful or exhausting way. It’s about being rooted in your vision, knowing what you’re building, and having the confidence to lead from that place.

As a highly sensitive leader, that doesn’t mean powering through. It means leading by presence. Leading by connection. Leading by listening to what’s alive in your community or your audience or your clients and finding a way to respond that’s wise and grounded. It also means leading yourself and knowing what you need, what nourishes you, what inspires you and making that part of your business plan.

As always, your leadership begins within.

You don’t need all the answers this week. But you do need to trust your direction. The universe is offering green lights. The momentum is real. And your leadership is what helps others feel safe enough to move forward too.

So tend to the structures that hold your work. Make the decisions that have been lingering. Show up for the conversations that matter. This week is about meaningful movement. It’s about embodying your authority in a way that feels sacred, thoughtful, and true to what you value and what matters to you.
