This is a live, online program for entrepreneurs who want to grow their business without abandoning themselves. If you have a sacred calling but often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or held back by inner resistance, this course is for you. Each morning starting on May 26, 2025, I’ll show you a simple 20-minute practice to art journal with the moon to grow your business. Each morning, you also have the option to join me from 10:00 – 11:00 am MT on Zoom for a live co-working and Q&A sessions for extra support.

Each evening, you’ll also receive a 20-30 minute audio recording that works with the MAP Method to guide your brain in finding and clearing emotionally heavy memories. This process teaches your brain to heal itself and gently neutralizes the negative emotions associated with the heavy memories you carry in your body. 

You’ll create, heal, and take aligned action one pretty (or messy and ugly) art journal page at a time.
