ASTROLOGY HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 8-14, 2025

This week, the astrology is great for receiving guidance from your spirit about your business in 2026.

If you are like me and you like to check in with your spirit allies and ancestors about the year ahead to help you plan your offerings and launches, this weekend will be a perfect time to pause, connect, and receive insight. You’ll be able to tune in to messages that might otherwise remain hidden.

In this blog post and in the art spell video tutorial below, I show you exactly what to do and the exact steps to follow to harness this energy to your best advantage this week.

How The Week Starts Off

At the beginning of the week, the energy is a little heavier than it will be later in the week. The moon is in its waning phases which invites introspection and release and both the Sun and Mercury are hanging out in Virgo close to the South Node.

Think of the South Node like a point in your chart that highlights where you’ve been, what you may need to let go and release and where you may feel drained or depleted. When the Sun is near the South Node, this depletion can show up in your sense of vitality so your physical energy might feel lower than usual. For those of us who already struggle with fatigue because of a highly sensitive nervous system I know you’re not going to enjoy hearing that but if you do end up feeling depleted earlier in the week at least you know it will pass. The Sun near the South Node can also deplete your motivation or your inspiration and tasks you normally tackle with ease may feel heavier.

Mercury near the South Node can make your mind feel depleted or like it’s running on overdrive with stress, anxiety, or over-thinking. On the other hand, it might be great from more contemplative, reflective kinds of things rather than fast decision making.

Think of Mercury and the South Node at the beginning of the week as an invitation to pause and tune inward rather than pushing hard to accomplish everything at once.

How The Energy Changes Later in the Week

Thankfully, by Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the energy shifts in a delightful and supportive way. Both the Sun and Mercury in Virgo form a happy relationship with Jupiter in Cancer. This feels uplifting, expansive, and encouraging.

This is the kind of energy that helps ideas flow and invites clarity.

On Saturday, Mercury goes cazimi the Sun which means Mercury withdraws into the sacred sanctuary of the Sun and gains access to divine wisdom that it doesn’t normally have. When a planet is cazimi, it’s like it’s sitting in a sacred space where messages from Spirit and insight from the universe can flow directly to us. This is a time to be attentive, to sit quietly with your intentions, and to capture the sparks of inspiration that come through.

What To Do

Take notes this week when inspiration comes. It might come in handy later.

Because Mercury is strong in Virgo, this weekend is also a time to focus on details, planning, and scheduling. This Mercurial energy is perfect for tuning into subtle guidance from your ancestors and spirit allies. If you notice any ideas, insights, or patterns emerging that feel too precise or specific to be coincidence, know that you are receiving messages meant to help you this week.

As I explained, you may notice that your energy feels a little lower, and your focus isn’t as sharp as usual on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Think reflection and contemplation on those days rather than pushing hard to check things off your to-do list. Try not to force planning or productivity in these early days of the week if you can help it.

Be gentle with yourself and give yourself permission to rest, reflect, and simply observe. Even if it feels like your energy or output isn’t at its usual pace, this kind of quieter energy can still be incredibly valuable because it’s giving you a chance to tune inward and notice subtle ideas, feelings, or messages that might otherwise be missed.

As I mentioned, by Thursday through Saturday there’s more time to step forward and take action that aligns with your soul’s calling. Use this energy to communicate with your audience in meaningful ways, to launch a project or offer that feels deeply significant to you or to speak your truth in ways that matter.

With Mercury in divine union with the Sun, this week is perfect for expressing from the place in you that is eternal, wise, and connected to Spirit.

Share messages from your soul, your essence, or your inner leader. 

Carve Time Out to Connect with Your Soul

Even if you don’t feel ready to take action, simply carving out sacred moments to contemplate and get curious about what your soul wants to express can be a powerful use of the energy this week. Ask yourself:

What is my essence here to share?

What does my spirit want to communicate through my business?

Sitting with these questions opens the door to deeper insights and helps you align your daily business actions with your larger life purpose.

As I described, at the beginning of the week, you may notice your energy feels lower than usual. You might feel depleted, unmotivated, or less inspired than you’d like. If you have a history of trauma, chronic illness, or emotional neglect, this can be discouraging. It’s easy to start believing that low energy means something about your worth, your abilities, or the future success of your business but it doesn’t. Feeling tired, reflective, or less inspired is simply part of natural rhythms. Ups and downs are normal and when you’re in a down, it’s a temporary phase, not a life sentence.

I’m going to repeat that again, feeling tired, depleted or uninspired doesn’t mean anything negative about you or your business.

Don’t Believe Everything You Think

If you notice negative self-talk creeping in, such as, “I’m not productive enough” or “I can’t handle this,” please take a pause and gently remind yourself: your success and your power aren’t determined by how energized you feel or how much you get done on any given day.

Your business, your soul magic, and your ability to create impact are not dependent on always being on a high.

Recognizing this is the first step in honoring yourself, your energy and your limits, while still moving forward.

As the week unfolds, your intuition may feel amplified. You might notice nudges, ideas, or physical sensations guiding you toward what’s most important in your business. Emotional responses may be strong as you’re receiving messages, ideas or inspiration. Pay attention to the signals from your deeper self this week. They are messages helping you tune into your priorities and your unique path.

This week, the energy is strong for receiving guidance and tuning into subtle messages, which means your clients and customers may be especially drawn to your clarity and intuition. Your more sensitive members of your audience can feel the shifts in your energy even before you say a word.

These moments are often signposts pointing to the areas where you might be able to help them. By staying tuned in to your intuition, keeping their needs in mind, and remaining gentle with yourself, you can show up in a way that is supportive, aligned and helpful.

HOW TO LEAD YOUR COMMUNITY IN THIS WEEK’S ASTROLOGY

This week, if it applies to you, you can show your audience how to slow down, listen, and notice the subtle guidance that’s available to them.

For example, you can share prompts or questions that encourage them to connect with their own spirit allies, ancestors, or inner wisdom. You can invite them to pause and ask, “What is Spirit showing me about my next steps this week?” or “Which part of my business or creative work needs my attention now?”

Of course, this way of leading isn’t going to look the same for every business, and it may not feel directly applicable to every client or every service you offer. That’s okay. Even if your work isn’t “witchy” or spiritual in nature, there’s still real value in reminding people (and yourself) that you carry your own answers.

Pausing to reflect, checking in with your intuition, or simply noticing what feels aligned and true in a decision are all ways of connecting with your inner guidance. Sometimes, just the gentle act of acknowledging that you already have wisdom inside you can shift your perspective, build confidence, and help you show up more clearly and authentically for the people you serve.

• Wednesday / Mercury: Ask for practical, clear and detailed guidance. What should my main focus for 2026 be?
• Thursday / Jupiter: Expand your vision. Invite insight into growth, opportunities, and abundance. What big dreams should I stay open to in 2026?
• Friday / Venus: Bring in guidance about relationships, collaboration, and creative expression. What kind of relationships should my business focus on in 2026? What creative project should I give the highest priority to in 2026?
• Saturday / Saturn: Commit to act on the guidance you’ve gathered. What do I most need to commit to in 2026?
